International orders:

If the parcel is not delivered within three weeks, please call or visit your local post office and give them the tracking/customs number that was uploaded to your Etsy order page when your item was shipped. If they cannot locate the parcel, this usually means it's still being processed by customs. If tracking has not been updated, it means the parcel is currently being inspected by customs. Customs processing can take 1-3 weeks. Please wait patiently for delivery as there is nothing we can do to speed up customs processing.

• Leather watch bands are adjustable:
Men's 6 - 8 inches (15.24 - 20.32 centimeters.)
Women's 5 - 7 inches (12.7 - 17.78 centimeters.)

If your wrist size is smaller or larger than the above sizes, leave us a message at checkout with your wrist size and it will be custom-made to your specifications, at no additional cost.

Care instructions

• Watches are water-resistant.
• Leather band maintenance is not necessary. We recommend avoiding getting your watch band wet, as water will dry its natural oils.

Returns and Exchanges

Unused watches/bands may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Used items are non-exchangeable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

Warranty

Lifetime craftsmanship warranty on handmade leather bands. 120-day warranty on watches.
Water damage or abuse is not covered by our warranty.
