La idea de Grumpy Frog Press surgió hace muchos años, cuando asistí a mi primera convención y vi todos los increíbles stands en el callejón de artistas. Quería tener la oportunidad de compartir mi arte como ellos. Cuando finalmente decidí crear una tienda con mi arte, los primeros diseños que hice fueron el trío de dinosaurios, que sigue siendo muy popular hoy en día. También empecé a tejer a crochet hace mucho tiempo y sigue siendo uno de mis pasatiempos favoritos. Me encanta tener la oportunidad de crear una gran variedad de artículos con crochet, por eso la colección de crochet está en constante evolución.
Mi objetivo siempre es que mis personajes sean adorables, y para mí, que sean gruñones o malhumorados solo les añade ternura. ¡Tengo muchas ganas de ampliar la gama de productos que incluyen mi arte original!
The idea for Grumpy Frog Press started many years ago when I went to my first convention and I saw all of the awesome booths in artist alley. I wanted to get the chance to share my art like they were. When I finally decided to commit to making a shop with my art the first designs I made were the dinosaur trio, and they remain a very popular set today. I also started crochetting a long time ago and it has remained one of my favorite hobbies. I love having the opportunity to make a wide variety of items with crochet, which is why the crochet collection is always changing.
Cute is always what I aim for in my characters and to me grumpy and grouchy just adds to the cuteness. I am looking forward to expanding the products that feature my original art!
