GuineaPigLady's Shop Policies
Welcome to Cosplay Addict Creations! Here you'll find a seemingly random mix of handmade jewelry, various crafts, items for Asian ball-jointed dolls, anime/science fiction/geeky gifts, and whatever random idea has recently popped into my head and worked out as well as I hoped.
I love getting creative and am notorious for getting ideas for new projects while I'm in the middle of another. I always want to learn how to do new things, so I find myself constantly trying new techniques. Veterinary medicine is my first passion, but I find that crafting gives me a much-needed release from the stresses of my job. Some of my best pieces come about after an extra stressful day or week.
I accept PayPal (buyer pays fees), personal checks, and money orders.
I ship via USPS. If you prefer another shipping option, please contact me before making your purchase so I can calculate the shipping costs.
Due to my day job's hours, I am only able to reliably ship purchases on Thursdays. If you're on a tight deadline and NEED your purchase to be shipped sooner, contact me and I'll see what I can do to get it sent sooner.
If you live in the Athens, GA area and would like to pick up your item rather than have it mailed, please contact me before purchasing and I'll see what can be arranged.
Refunds and Exchanges
I allow exchanges within a week of receipt if the item breaks/falls apart/spontaneously combusts, arrives damaged, or is not the stated size and therefore doesn't fit.
If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact me. I am a reasonable person and will do what I can to fix the problem.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I welcome custom order requests! If you like something you see in my shop but want it in a different color, different size, different fabric, et cetera, please don't hesitate to contact me.
All items will be coming from a house with 6 cats. I do all my work in a room they're not allowed into, but it's inevitable that a stray hair or two manages to get into just about anything I touch, so please keep this in mind.
