The backpack quality is great, good material and appears very-well made. However, I ordered a backpack with yellow straps but received one with bright orange which was very disappointing. Guninchen states is from Switzerland but the brand name Shuter Life and it's in China.

Actually, the straps in the pictures are orange. And in the description it clearly states that I work with a partner in China.
