PROCESSING TIME: Our regular processing time is 3-5 business days (this does not include weekend days). 3-5 business days is the time it will take to produce your product and does not including the time it will take to ship the product to you. However, most orders are processed within 1-2 days!

SHIPPING TIME: Please see descriptions below (under "Shipping Methods") for suggested ways to have your package sent to you. You will choose your shipping method upon checkout. We strongly recommend you choose USPS Priority shipping (US customers) and USPS International Priority Mail Express shipping (International customers).

"PRIORITY SHIPPING": Choosing Priority shipping upon checkout does not mean Gusto Spice expedites the processing time of your items; it is the type of shipping offered by the United States Post Office.

US CUSTOMERS:

FIRST CLASS SHIPPING: Scheduled to arrive 2-5 days after scheduled product processing time. Delivery date is dependent on the shipping locale from Massachusetts. ** PLEASE NOTE: ** First class shipping does not include insurance. In the event your package is lost or damaged, you will be unable to file a claim with the USPS to recoup the money from the price of the product and/or shipping.

PRIORITY SHIPPING: (Highly Recommended)
Your package can arrive 1-3 days after Gusto's scheduled product processing time (not guaranteed by USPS). Delivery date is dependent on the shipping locale from Massachusetts. Priority shipping includes insurance up to $50 (you may request to purchase additional insurance before your package is sent and if your order's purchase total is over $50) Priority postage and Priority Mail Express also includes free online tracking. PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS: (Highly Recommended)
Your order will be sent from Gusto within 2 business days of product purchase with this shipping method. Your item can arrive 1-2 days after shipping. Includes up to $100 of insurance. Price includes proof of delivery signature record (if requested at time of purchase), and tracking information with USPS Tracking.

CANADA, AUSTRALIA, SWEDEN, NORWAY, FRANCE, BELGIUM, GERMANY: Scheduled to arrive 6-10 business days after processing time, depending on your location from the US and customs. International priority shipping includes tracking but it does *NOT* include insurance. Insurance may be purchased by sending us a "convo" before placing your order. We will bill you via Paypal before processing your order. This method of shipping is highly recommended. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will have to file a claim for you but there is a great chance you will be able to recover your purchase price.

LOST PACKAGE (United States): If your package has not arrived in a reasonable amount of time and your tracking information states that your package has been delivered, there are a few options you can try that may help you locate your package:

- Call your local post office to make sure they are not holding the package for you.
- Ask your neighbors. Once in a while the postman may accidentally deliver your package to a neighbor.
- Check your back door or porch. Sometimes the postman may leave a package in the back of the home to prevent theft.
- If you live in an apartment complex and share a large mailbox with other tenants, check your “postal locker.” The postal locker is the large locked box at the bottom of the mailboxes. The postman should leave a key for you to unlock your postal locker when you receive a package. If they do not, contact your local post office immediately.

If these options do not help you locate your package, please contact the USPS at: 1-800-275-8777

Please have your tracking number ready to give to customer service. You may file a claim if you purchased Priority or Priority Mail Express postage. You cannot file a claim for first class postage. If your package is lost or delayed, we unfortunately will not be able to be of much help (although we will try!)

Gusto Spice cannot resend the item(s) for free. It is the responsibility of the original buyer to pay for all re-shipping and purchase charges.

If refunds are issued by Gusto Spice, they will be on a case-by-case basis and may not include original shipping costs.
Additional policies and FAQs
RELAYING INFORMATION AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED: If you forget to update your address or to add information in "Notes to the seller" at the end of your purchase (e.g. you need to change the address where the package will be sent), you may "convo" us on Etsy and we will do our very best to fulfill your request!

+ We do not recommend packages be left outside as they are food products, so please ask your postal person about your local package pick up options.

+ If an item is returned to us "undeliverable," we will notify the original buyer and ask if they would like to resend the item(s). However, additional shipping charges to mail the items again will be the responsibility of the original buyer. Gusto Spice will not be responsible for incorrect mailing addresses, undeliverable items, unclaimed items, etc.

+ We ship primarily USPS because we support our local postal employees. The USPS is a valuable independent establishment of the executive branch of the Government of the United States and is more cost effective than the privately owned corporations UPS and FedEx, especially if your items are being shipped to a residential address.

WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP?

You can find the “ship by” date either in your Etsy "cart" before checkout or after checkout you can find the "ship by" date on the receipt you received from Etsy for your purchase. We normally ship items ahead of schedule, so you may receive your item earlier than expected. If you are in need of your package by a specific date, please “convo” us on Etsy before placing your order so we can do our best to accommodate your request.

WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

DO YOU SELL YOUR PRODUCTS WHOLESALE?

At this time Gusto Spice does not sell products wholesale.

IF I ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS ARE SHIPPING COSTS COMBINED?

Yes! Etsy's system should automatically update the cost of multiple item shipping upon checkout. The cost is dependent on where the package is being delivered and is the actual cost of shipping. If for some reason the price is not reflecting a combined shipping cost, please let us know and we'll help you right away!
