I started my shop in the winter of 2011 when I found a need to show my Harry Potter pride but unable to find exactly what I had in mind. I set about developing my own knitting patterns and creating the accessories you see in my shop today.
I'm currently developing new and exciting accessories with beautiful yarn and quality attention to the details that will become the hallmark of my Etsy shop.
My shop is more than just an accessory store. It's an experience that will make you feel welcome each and every time you visit. I will do my best to ensure that you will leave my shop feeling satisfied and well-dressed every time you wear one of my products.

I live on the Prince of Wales Island in SE Alaska where I make handmade Wizard Gear items for the Magical Muggle in your life. I love crafting alchemic creations in yarn and vibrant colors. My shop is open to custom orders!

Orders will be processed in the order they were received as soon as possible. Internet service is somewhat spotty when weather gets bad, so please be patient if I am unable to respond quickly.
I make deliveries every other week, or every week depending on how many orders I receive. Items are shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate Box.
Orders shipped internationally will be shipped Priority USPS with order tracking. Please be very clear when listing your mailing address so there will be little chance of your package being lost or delayed.
Every box is well secured with clear tape and a shipping label. Items are neatly wrapped in tissue paper and come with a business card with our shop web address.
Refunds and Exchanges
I work very hard to ensure that all items are depicted fairly and accurately with specific measurements and clear pictures. Please make sure you have the correct size/color selected before purchasing, or Etsy Convo us if you have further questions on a specific item's size/measurements.
I want you to be happy with the items you purchase from my shop. If for any reason that you are unsatisfied, please contact us via email or Etsy Convo and we'll work something out. If an item's size is an issue, we'd be happy to exchange it with another, and the item will be shipped via USPS Priority Shipping.
If your package is lost in the mail, email or Etsy Convo me as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
Additional policies and FAQs
To have a custom order made, please send an email/Etsy Convo with your specifications included for which item you’d like. I will respond as quickly as possible to confirm the order.
Please be as specific as possible when ordering. When the item is made, a “Reserved for…” listing will be posted and an email sent to you letting you know it’s ready, with a codeword you will put in “Notes to the Seller” to confirm it is really you purchasing the custom order.
Custom orders will take longer to process if you asked for a color of yarn that we don't have available. I will contact you immediately if there will be a delay in making your item.
The Reserved listing will have a generic label to discourage other buyers from purchasing your custom order. I strongly recommend checking your email regularly around the time I estimate a return email to you, so you can place your order as soon as the listing is made in our Etsy Shop.
Reserved listings are intended for specific customers and will be matched with a code word sent in an email to the customer. If someone accidentally purchases a reserved listing for someone else, I will have to go through the tedious process of cancelling an order. Please respect reserved listings for other customers.
Time Limit: Reserved Listings (with region specific shipping) will expire 2 weeks from their creation. This is to discourage other people from purchasing it and so an item isn't on hold for someone else who wants to buy it. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this causes. Custom listed items will expire in the normal time frame (about 4 months for creating a $0.20 listing), BUT I strongly encourage (with gusto and emphasis) customers who request a custom listing or item to make their purchase within a week of the listing being created.
I put every effort into ensuring your item is as unique and special as you are but I can't hold back things to the point that I'm ignored for a month or more after the listing is created. If you have an issue with payment for an item, I can remove the listing until you are ready to purchase it.
