Welcome to Gypsies Antiques on Etsy. My Etsy shop is an extension to my well curated brick & mortar store here in Austin, Texas. I will be bringing loads of wonderful old treasures to show and tell and hopefully sell!
I comb the open markets of Europe and America to buy only items of merit for my store. It's what sets me aside from everyone else, and I want to share them with you. When I shop, I let the items choose me, that way I know it is meant to be.

Paypal or Direct Checkout are the preferred method of payment.
We appreciate payment at time of purchase but if for some reason you need extra time to pay, let us know in a convo.
Items will be shipped as soon as possible after payment has been made, typically within 1-3 business days.
International buyers may wish to contact us before buying to see what the shipping fees are to your area. We are not responsible for duties and/or taxes on your end.
SMALLER items will be shipped the most cost-effective and secure way. We typically ship USPS Standard with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance, depending on the item, or Priority Mail w/Insurance.


LARGER items such as furniture, are shipped via freight and will be listed as $0.00 in our listing. This DOES NOT mean Shipping is free, but that we must hear from you to obtain a quote for your area.

Shipping for items is an ADDITIONAL COST, paid for by the buyer.
Large items are packaged and picked up by the freight company of your choice.
We will be happy to work with the shipper of your choice and have listed below Shippers commonly used with competetive rates.

***To assist, we can obtain a quick quote from Freight Center to give you an idea of cost, and will need your address and zip to do so. If you are happy with this quote then we will schedule shipping for you and collect the fees from you and pay the shipper ourselves. Items will ship out after payment is cleared and the freight company has contacted me.
We are not packing professionals, and we suggest you get this PACKAGING SERVICE built into your quote. There may be times when we CAN package your item, but there will be a nominal fee to purchase materials and the use of our time and labor.

*Please contact us to let us know you are actively researching your shipping. (Also NOTE shipping is sometimes cheaper to a business address rather than a residence so bear that in mind.)
Also shipping may take as little as a few days to weeks, especially if you want the most reasonable rate.

Please ask all questions prior to purchasing. I do not offer refunds unless item has been grossly misrepresented.

If your item has not been picked up by the shipper within 30 days, it becomes the property of Gypsies Antiques and you will not be refunded for the item.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Small items packed my me will be packed carefully and often insured.
If you get a package that has been damaged, take pictures of the package and item inside and contact the shipper. Always note on your bill of lading at the time of pickup that there is any damage to box or actual piece, this is important should you need to file a claim.
Damage or loss that occurs during shipping are the responsibility of the shipper, I am not responsible for damage or errors caused by shippers.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our business, All Sales Are Final!
A refund will only be considered if we feel we have grossly misrepresented an item. Please carefully select your merchandise and read descriptions fully.
All of our items are either vintage or antique, and while we do our best to describe and photograph well, feel free to contact us with inquiries, or if you need more photos before buying.
