Shipping
My US packages are shipped US Priority with a tracking number. Necklaces are shipped UPS (the customer pays for shipping & I pay for insurance) with signature required. If you want something different please convo me. I am not responsible for a loss when shipping through USPS.

International customers Unfortunately, International tracking from the US is very expensive-so I won't even recommend it. I have shipped many international packages without a problem, but if yours happens to get lost in customs or somewhere along the way I cannot refund you. I apologize for this!
Refunds and Exchanges
***RETURNS WHEN PURCHASING FROM MY ETSY STORE***
I just want you to be happy with your purchase!

If an item is not what you thought it would be I will gladly refund you your money (minus S&H). The item must be returned within 7days of the customer receiving the merchandise and I must be notified.

Ship it in a regular (not a flat rate) US Priority box (the same box I ship in). Notify me when it is shipped and email me the tracking number.
IF it is a necklace and I have shipped it to you UPS I need it shipped back to me UPS. In other words, I need the item shipped back to me the way I shipped it to you. Unless we talk about other arrangements.

If returning a piece to me don't wear the art piece, swim in the art piece and lay on the beach with it and then return it to me. Bottom line I must receive the piece exactly how I sold it to you.

Please just convo me if you want to return an item. There that was easy.

As a customer at a show, you can see the item, touch the item, try it on and decide if you really want it. Be sure this is the item you want. I do not offer refunds, but I am more than happy to offer an exchange.
