All packages are shipped within 5 days after receipt of payment. Please allow more time for customized requests. I ship all packages USPS First Class mail. If you'd like me to use a different method of shipping please contact me.
To save trees, I do not include a printed invoice in your package, but if you would like one just let me know.

Shipping internationally with tracking and insurance is VERY expensive. To keep costs low, I ship all parcels via First Class Mail and retain the shipping receipt to prove the package was sent, but at this time I can not be held responsible for lost packages to:

If you accidentally break the chain or clasp (or any findings) on your jewelry, I'd be happy to fix it for you for just the cost of my materials and return shipping.
