Welcome! Our etsy is truly one of a kind. All of the Kherish artists including myself are autistic. We each have unique creative abilities and our etsy gives the world a chance to see our talents and while (according to my mom) raising our self-esteem through community support. Our creations are distinctive and unique in its own way. Our pieces are not only handmade by (us) the finest autistic artists in Virginia, we have truly put our hearts into the process.
We use only quality genuine precious and semi precious gemstones from all over the world. I mostly use high end 14k gold filled, 14k rose gold filled, sterling silver metal, 14k solid gold and findings made in Italy and the USA. Gold and rose gold filled jewelry (not plated) is heirloom quality with a very thick layer of gold bonded to the inner metal. It will not flake, chip or tarnish it's nickel free and is hypoallergenic. Our solid gold is stamped and most of our solid gold findings come from Italy.

SHIPPING
►Our designs are handcrafted to order and usually ship in in 1-5 business days. Our holiday processing time may possibly be longer depending on volume of orders at a given time. All of my items are handcrafted made to order first come, first serve.
►Please contact me prior to purchase if you have a time constraint. Putting a time line in a message to seller while checking out does not change the processing time. We will not cancel orders due to message to seller requests being denied.
►USPS First Class Shipping:
Orders with all information included will ship in 1-5 business days. Every order ships with delivery confirmation and usually takes 3-7 business days for delivery, however it can take longer during the Holidays.
Shipping UPGRADES
►USPS Priority Shipping:
Ships with delivery confirmation and usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery. Priority delivery is not guaranteed by USPS.
► USPS Express Shipping:
Ships with delivery confirmation and takes 1-2 days for delivery. Express delivery is guaranteed by USPS.
►USPS International Priority Shipping Price Depends on Location.
Ships with delivery confirmation and usually takes 3-6 business days for delivery. Priority delivery is not guaranteed by USPS.
►One Day Rush Processing:
This changes processing times to one business day but this does not change your shipping time. Shipping upgrades are a separate purchase. For preorders, your preorder will ship within one business day of item being made.
Returns
For returns you must email us for authorization within 7 days of delivery and it needs to arrive to us within 14 days of delivery. Please get a tracking number; we are not responsible for returns lost in the mail.
►Jewelry does not qualify for stamps, so please respect that.
►Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
►If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value so please pack carefully.
► Contact us through Etsy and return shipping information will be sent in the following message.
► You cannot return items that have been modified, engraved, or resized.
► Custom Orders cannot be returned/are final sale. They cannot be exchanged either.
Exchanges
For exchanges you must email us for authorization within 7 days of delivery and it needs to arrive to us within 14 days of delivery. Exchange shipping is your responsibility.
►Exchange Redelivery fee is $5.00 and is required before we will make an exchange.
►Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Jewelry Care
►STORE in a clear dry place.
►DO NOT expose to water, liquids, soaps or any other chemicals.
►REMOVE jewelry before bathing, showering or swimming.
►REMOVE jewelry before washing hands, especially with soap.
►WHEN WASHING hands dry them extremely well before handling your jewelry.
Custom Orders
If you have a special request for piece of jewelry, don't hesitate to message us for assistance. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
►Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. No exceptions.
►Custom Orders include but are not limited to, custom colors, custom sizing, alterations, ordering additional/special materials to complete, items for a specific date that delivery confirms arrived in time, any order given special or free upgraded services, any order with free rush or shipping, or multiples of three or more.
►Any custom order that the seller agrees is defective may only be repaired, replaced or exchanged at the seller's discretion.
►Custom orders are nonrefundable and final sale, no exceptions.
Lifetime Warranty
► It costs $1 To Use Warranty
► Covers Orders From January 2023 to Present Only
► Any work performed by another jeweler automatically voids the warranty.
► Does not cover resizing or exchanges.
► Does not cover damage as a result of abuse, misuse, loss, or theft.
► Leaving 1, 2 or 3 star feedback, opening a case and any refunds void your warranty.
► Photo proof required for replacement or repair.
► Does not cover solid gold pieces or beaded jewelry.
► Warranty covers original purchaser only.
► Single use only.
► Attempts to abuse this warranty will void your warranty.
► We reserve the right to void/cancel your warranty at anytime for any reason without notice.
► We reserve the right to change these terms without notice at anytime.
Message To Seller
Orders will be completed based on the specifications in the listing on the day of purchase including processing time and shipping option. Requests made in "note to seller" box will not change your order. Unless included in the actual listing, customization is only available on special request and for additional fees. Additionally, this policy still applies even if you send a message after purchase through Etsy messages. No exceptions. We will not cancel orders because additional requests were made and denied.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to cancel a sale at any time for any reason without notice. Including but not limited to the following reasons:
► If you leave negative feedback or file a case.
► If you abuse our warranty protection program.
► If we feel your conduct is unbecoming.
► If you ask for free items or discounts to correct feedback.
► Excessive returns.
► If you request special treatment or exceptions to our policies.
► If you are rude, crass, inappropriate or unreasonable.
► If you leave negative feedback before messaging for help.
If you receive this message, we will not work with you in the future and all future orders will be cancelled. Receiving this message also voids your warranty.

►100 day warranty against manufacturing defects only.
► Does not cover anything else including loss or damage.
