We research, study, design, create and hone our products until only the finest finished product is put in your hands. Our Energy working tools include Pendulums and Pendulum Sets, Crystal Grids, Amplifying Pyramids, Meditation /Shamanic Rattles, Hollow Core Wands and Tools for the Reiki Practitioner and Energy Worker as well as the Home Healer/Practitioner. Our other items include Altar Ware, Hexenspiegels, Incense trays, items to enhance your home or sacred space. Usability, symbology, aesthetic beauty and quality workmanship are paramount in our creations.

Gypsy Wylde is a wife and husband team. Kim is the artist, and Charles is the engineer. Our main focus is kiln fired white stoneware, but as a team we are multi media so there is no telling what treasures you may find here. Many of the designs you will find are a combination effort. It usually goes something like this- Kim has an "idea" and design and takes it to Charles where it is engineered and the necessary molds or stamps are made. At that point it goes back to Kim for the clay work, firing, glaze, more firing, finishing and photography.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Gypsy Wylde Art strives to put only my best work in your hands and hope that you will be thrilled with your purchase. In the event of an issue please contact me directly and I will do everything possible to make it right.

Most items are made and ready to ship so the photos you see are the actual item in each listing unless otherwise noted. If you need additional information, please contact me before purchasing. Being hand made pottery pieces there will be slight irregularities that are inherent to the medium and in no way considered defective.

In the event of a breakage, you will need to provide photographic evidence or ship the item back for you to receive a replacement.
In the event of a return, shipping charges cannot be refunded, and there are no refunds or returns of custom orders.

Shipping
** I ship to the address you provide via PayPal. Please be sure your Etsy and PayPal addresses match. **

Items will be shipped 1-3 days after I have been notified of receipt of payment by PayPal or Credit card. If you use a PayPal e-check then the payment must clear before shipping. This usually takes 4-7 days.
I use USPS Priority Mail for items weighing more than 16oz or USPS first class mail (2-5 days). If you prefer a different shipping method please contact me for adjusted shipping charge.
In an effort to reduce shipping waste I reuse boxes and packing.
