HAHonline is a UK based childrens clothing brand making clothing for those aged between 0 and 4 years.

My names Siobhan and I live in Norwich with Bruce and Albert the cats and Simon the human
It all started in 2013, I stumbled upon some cute little hangers in a vintage shop, out of which I fashioned thirty little peg bags. Fed up of them hanging off every available surface in our flat, I decided to sell them to friends and family. They were Handmade at Home, and from thereon HAH became the name of the business.
Inspired by my friends’ children, HAH has developed far beyond peg bags into children’s clothing, pins, bags and everything in between.
Many of the products we sell are still made by hand in my home studio, others we have a little help with. I collaborate with other small independent business in and around Norfolk to create and finish our products.

We create fun, bold and positive products that spark conversation.

We sell on Etsy as well as lots of local and not-so-local craft fairs, markets and festivals.
We also sell in a limited number of retail outlets.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy. You can reference the Etsy Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices.

1. Personal information I collect

In order to fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order or gift, for example) or if you contact me directly.

2. Why I need your information and how I use it

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support; when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time; if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use

3. The third parties with whom I share personal information

I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.

5. If transferring personal information outside of Europe, how the transfer will be handled

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer

6. Your rights

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
