First of all, thank you so much for visiting my shop! You are truly the best part of my business. I mean that! I love working directly with customers to create something unique to them, that they love. I'll work until you think it's perfect! My shop is all about YOU. Once you love it, if you ordered prints, then I will professionally print your cards on premium cover stock paper (that's thicker than card stock) and ship them out to you. I strongly believe in 100% customer satisfaction and will do all I can to make sure you love your purchase. But don't take my word for it, check out my reviews.

Secondly, here's a little about me. I started designing cards after my husband and I were both laid off on the same day. Yep, that's right, we went from two incomes to no income. To put it simply, money got really tight, really fast. After being in charge of a large art department for an international giftware company for years, I was looking for something new. After months of no income, I decided to make my side hobby of designing holiday cards for friends and church family into a side hustle. I listed a few save the dates on Etsy to make little money to help tide us over until I figured out what to do. Well, long story short, people liked my work so I expanded. I now love what I do and working on my own schedule allows me to volunteer with my favorite organizations (like Royal Family Kids, an organization that works with abused and neglected kids now in foster care), my church youth group, and so on. I also get to support the family so my husband can focus on his studies (he's working on his PhD so he can land is dream job of being a New Testament Professor). We may also have an overly loved Pomeranian, named Halo. Yep, I even named my shop after her. I told you she might be overly loved. I guess that's what happens when we don't yet have own little humans. :)

Returns and exchange details
Due to the custom nature of many of my products, I cannot always issue refunds. However, I am happy to issue a full refund if you have ordered something custom AND I have NOT yet started proofs. If proofs have been started and then you decide to cancel, I can only issue a partial refund. Unfortunately I cannot offer refunds after a custom item has been approved to print. I will always do my best to work really hard to make sure you love your card and think everything is perfect. I strongly believe in 100% customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issue for any reason, please convo me and I will try to make it right.
I am happy to issue full refunds for any non custom items that have not yet been packed and shipped. My turn around time is usually pretty quick, so if you want to make a change or cancel an order, be sure to let me know ASAP, before it's too late.
All payments are processed by Etsy. That means I never see any of your billing information (only your ship to address). This is for your protection and mine. If you feel there is a billing problem, let me know and I'll see what I can do to help get it resolved.
See individual listings for shipping details, as delivery times vary depending on the the order. Most items ship ahead of schedule. If you are in a hurry, please contact me directly.
Most items are shipped flat rate priority mail. If you feel you have been over charged for shipping, please let me know and I'll look into it and if a refund is warranted, I'll certainly issue that.
