Returns and exchanges
If you are very dissatisfied with your purchase, contact me within 3 days of receiving it. We'll figure out what to do next, but you'd need to send it back NO LATER THAN 14 DAYS OF THE DATE OF PURCHASE (40 days for international customers). Please ship it back at your cost, in the original condition and careful packaging, and you will get your money back, minus any S&H (P&P).
“It Arrived Damaged” : DO NOT RETURN A BROKEN ITEM!!!! USPS does not always want to honor insurance if the item is returned to sender. Just take a photo of the broken item and send it to my email –you'll receive a refund or, if possible, a resend.
As it is usually the glass or mirror inserts that are more prone to breaking during shipping, I can also send you another one at no cost to you.
"Undelivered": I always have proof of shipment (postal receipt and Delivery Confirmation). Please make sure your package can be delivered safely, and not, for example, stolen from your porch. If you cannot be sure of that, please request Signature Confirmation: It's only $1.75 more, and you will be sure you get your item. Also check if the item is not waiting to be cleared through customs. If it truly is lost, I will refund the cost of the item (not S$H) or we can discuss a replacement.
SPECIAL RETURN/ REFUND POLICY ON FIBER BROOCHES:
You may return the brooch for a full refund in a, hopefully unlikely, case that you found it unsatisfactory upon delivery or changed your mind soon after you received but have not worn it yet. I will refund if you return it no later than 7 days after delivery per delivery confirmation date, or 30 days of purchase for international customers.
I cannot accept a return on brooches in any other than perfect condition, free of pet dander and smoke smell. If you wore or stored the brooch in smoky or dusty conditions or the brooch has been stained in any way, I will not be able to refund you. Partial refunds will also not be issued.

Shipping
DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING: I always choose the cheapest shipping option, based on the weight and size of the item. I add Delivery Confirmation to each package. Items are packaged extremely well, but I do add insurance (included in shipping price) on items over $50.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING out of the US is First Class (cheaper, slower) for items up to $50. More expensive items and combined purchases of $50 and over will be shipped insured Priority (hence international combined shipping is set to cover Priority shipping). I charge $1 for the box and other handling and refund any significant overage. The buyer is responsible for any VAT and customs fees as the items will NOT be marked as "gifts" and their value will be declared accurately.
I will refund S&H that is overcharged, minus $1 handling.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUT OF POLAND: registered priority (you will need to sign for it) usually takes up to 3 weeks within Europe. US CUSTOMERS: please note that due to the increased Homeland Security measures shipping to your country may now take up to 6 weeks.
