It was a pleasure working with Alexander throughout the production process, as he provided updates and was flexible about making modifications. Alexander has been amazing, and I highly recommend him. He has a repeat customer!

5 out of 5 starsAlexander was incredible in working with me on a custom key chain to 100% match my BMW X4MC. He went out of his way to get the matching BMW color paint and painted the ///M stripes to match the vinyl striped on my SAV. can't say enough about the whole experience, from start to finish he was AWESOME! If you have doubts about do this, don't hesitate and make the choice, you will enjoy it.

However, I want to highlight how amazing the seller has been throughout this situation. They immediately responded, remade the key fob for me at no extra cost, and shipped it out again without hesitation. That level of customer service truly stands out. Mistakes with shipping can happen, but how a seller handles the issue makes all the difference — and they handled it perfectly. I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness.
