Current turnaround: The time it takes me to prepare for each order will vary depending upon what you purchase. Please see individual shipping times located under each specific listing, this is the correct turnaround- please disregard any other turnaround times that may be listed in listings. Cake toppers: 1 week, in stock badge reels and hair clips 1 week, all other items included monogram items, decal, etc 3 week turnaround. Cake toppers shipping outside of the United States can take 3-4 weeks to receive. Please note that we are currently in our busy season and experiencing unexpected large volumes of orders, your order may be delayed slightly in shipping. If your order has not shipped by the date located on your receipt, please send me a message. We are currently training a new assistant to better assist with our customer service when things like this happen, please bare with us. Please note that business days are: Monday-Friday. Hey y'all & welcome to Haylee's Boutique! I'm Krystle, the master creator behind Haylee's Boutique. I'm a 29 year old mother of two wonderful children. My daughter, Haylee, is 7 years old and my son, Hunter, is 8 years old. I have been married for over 9 years and my husband served in the USMC for most of our marriage. I absolutely love crafting and all things southern. I love spending my summers at the beach tanning in the sun, ocean fishing, and swimming in the pool in the evenings. Gardening and raising chickens is a quirky little passion of mine. And, I have an addiction to boiled peanuts and sour cream...yes, sour cream. (How embarrassing!) And, we cannot forget that I'm a crazy cheer mom. But, at the end of the day I'm just a dedicated mother, wife, business owner & southern gal who will stop at nothing to achieve her dreams.

I always dreamed that one day I would own my own business. I wasn't sure what I was going to do but I did know one day it would come true. Then, Haylee was born and it was like TA-DAH! From the moment I lay my eyes on her, I just knew that I had to design her some pretty fabulous clothing and hair accessories.

I began simply making hair bows and headbands and selling them locally around town and they were a huge hit and from that moment forward, Haylee's Boutique was born.

I have handmade over 12,000 orders since and have the most amazing customers, ever.

Our Etsy shop (HBSouthernInspired) is ranked a top 1,000 shop out of 1.7 million.

I am so thankful to be able to wake up and do something I LOVE and still get to spend time with the three most amazing people in my life: my husband, Hunter and of course, Haylee!

What are your shop operating hours?

♥ Shop Hours: Monday-Friday 8am - 4pm EST - We will respond to all messages and process orders within our shop hours ♥ Weekends are dedicated to spending time with our families. Please be respectful that we cannot immediately answer messages outside of our shop hours.

Care instructions

♥Vinyl Decal Instructions♥
1. Clean the area thoroughly with rubbing alcohol or soap and water. Do not use Windex or similar products because it will leave a residue behind that will prevent the sticker from adhering well.

2. Prepare the sticker for application by firmly rubbing a squeegee or credit card across the clear transfer tape. This removes any air bubbles that may have formed and makes the sticker cling to the transfer tape.

3. Peel the white paper backing off the sticker. If the sticker clings to the backing, slowly replace the paper backing and repeat Step 2.

4. Slowly lower the sticker onto the surface and rub it in place firmly with a squeegee or credit card.

5. Slowly peel the clear transfer tape off at an angle.

What is the difference between RUSH order upgrade and PRIORITY MAIL upgrade?

♥ RUSH MY ORDER UPGRADE ♥ Rush order upgrades are available during the checkout process under the shipping drop box menu. Please purchase the rush order upgrade if you answer, "YES" to any of the follow questions: Are ordering last minute? Need your order within the next week? Have an event/need by date that falls short of our current turnaround? If you are unsure whether to purchase the upgrade, please message me. Orders placed with need by dates that fall short of our current turnaround, without rush order purchased, will be cancelled. A priority shipping upgrade is NOT the same as a rush order upgrade, priority shipping is an expedited shipping method through USPS and your order will ship from our shop by your scheduled shipping date.

My package is marked as delivered; however, it is not in my mailbox. What do I do next?

I always suggest to check with your neighbors first to see if the mail was mis-delivered on accident by your postal carrier. If that does not work, please message me and I can contact USPS. We cannot be held liable for mis-delivered mail as caused by USPS error. Your order will not be re-sent or refunded. A formal complaint will be made with USPS to use their GPS coordinates to locate the delivery of your package. This process can take several weeks, please be patient as I work with USPS to locate your package. ♥

My package was delivered to my old address! What do I do?

Please be sure to check your shipping address prior to submitting your order. If after you submit your order, before your order ships, if you would like to update your shipping address, please send me a message. Packages that are delivered to the wrong address will not be replaced. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees of a returned purchase to the correct address or buyer must place the order again if the package is not returned to Haylee's Boutique. All shipping labels are created using the shipping address provided when placing your order. Please double check this! ♥

I applied my vinyl decal as per the instructions but I'm having problems. What do I do?

Please be sure to fully follow all instructions for the application of our decals. We use a commercial grade permanent adhesive vinyl. We cannot be responsible for user error when placing the decal on the surface, as replacement decal will not be mailed. If you feel the error may be the cause of the vinyl directly, please be sure to send a photo of your decal in a message. No replacements will be shipped without photo proof of non-user error damage. ♥

My package hasn't moved in several days/weeks and is not yet delivered. What do I do?

All orders shipped come with USPS tracking information. USPS typically delivers first-class mail within 3-5 business days; however, there are times when there is a delay in the delivery of your package. Please be patient, as your package will arrive. If your package has not moved in over a week, please message me so that I can contact USPS. This process can take several weeks, please be patient as I work with USPS to locate your package. ♥

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

If you chose the insurance upgrade or Priority Mail upgrade during checkout, please message us so that a replacement can be shipped. No replacements will be shipped on orders without insurance. All cake toppers are now being shipped with insurance! If your item was delivered damaged, please message me within 48 hours from the USPS postmarked delivery so that a replacement can be shipped. If the replacement will not arrive in time for your event date, please place the cake topper back in the packaging it was delivered in, original condition & mark the front as, "Return to Sender" and place back in your mailbox. Once your item is returned to Haylee's Boutique, a refund will be issued. ♥

What happens if I have a problem with my order?

Please contact me within 48 hours of the postmarked delivery of your package. All items are shipped with a USPS tracking number. Any time outside of the 48 hours, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with replacement of a damaged or missing item from their package. ♥ Badge reels that become damaged 30 days or less after being marked as delivered will be offered a one time courtesy replacement *after* the damaged reel has been returned or a refund for the cost of the reel also *after* being returned. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with mailing the damaged item back. I will repair the badge reel and ship it back to you. Please allow 2 weeks for the repair process.
