Welcome to where creativity bursts forth in a wild expression of individuality! As a full time student, I spend most of my time doing homework and going to class. However, on my free time, I love to create things. The only thing I love more than creating things is knowing that they are going to someone who will cherish them always! So take a look around, you're sure to find something you like, and if not, I I can make ANYTHING with the right instructions.

Payment
PayPal is the preferred method as there is no delay in my ability to send out your item. While I now accept checks and money orders, I require that they arrive and clear at my bank before I can mail your item to you. Unless I hear from you specifically, if I have not received your payment after 10 business days, I will cancel the transaction and re-list the item for sale.
Shipping
I ship through USPS first class and ship items out within 1 to 2 days of receiving payment. I get my Etsy notifications on my phone and check my email everyday, so there is no passenger seat selling going on here. Any specifications, or upgrades (ie overnight, express, etc) on shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay (minus existing shipping on order). That being said, if you need rush shipping, please notify me before you make the purchase so that I may alter the shipping costs to the specific item you wish to purchase. I always get delivery confirmation for my own records, so if you don't receive the tracking number from me withing a day, just message me and I will get it to you promptly.
If you would like insurance on your item's shipping, or would prefer I use a specific shipping company (FedEx, UPS, etc.), the same rules apply. Please notify me before you make the purchase so that I can add the calculated charges to the items shipping cost.
Otherwise, if the confirmation number shows that the item has been delivered, that is what I will assume and no refunds will be given for any claims of a shipment not arriving. I will investigate to check for potential errors in the address, or in the event that USPS did lose the package. In these rare, but possible, occasions, I will give a full refund for any error on the part of myself, or USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do repairs and replacement withing the first 60 days of your purchase. I require a photo before it can go through (this is so I may give you an accurate estimate), and charge a minimum 50% of the original costs. This goes up depending on the severity of the damage up to 80% for complete remakes. The customer needs to contact me first, and then will be responsible for shipping costs to get the piece back to me and the replacement to them.
If there are absolutely ANY problems with the item you receive at all, please contact me so that I can make it right for you.
I do not offer refunds for items damaged by the customer. I take clear pictures of what I deem to be imperfections, so it is EXTREMELY rare that I will offer a refund based on dissatisfaction. However, if it is something simple, I am more than happy to exchange the item for either a remake, or an item of equal value more to the customer's liking. Again, in these circumstances, I require the customer pay for all shipping costs to return the item to me and ship the replacement item to them.

Additional policies and FAQs
If you request a special item, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for me to gather materials and put your piece together. There is a good chance it will only take me a couple of days, but in the event that I get multiple orders at once, I don't want to set an unreasonable expectation for myself. I keep good communication, so once I have received your requests, I will respond with a price and time estimate before beginning work.
