We do not have international shipping listed. If you live outside of the United States and would like to place an order please let me know and I will look into shipping rates for you.

Payment
We currently accept payment by Paypal. Payment is due upon purchase. We will begin making your custom items once payment is received.
Shipping
We generally ship through USPS Priority Mail except for very large or heavy items which we ship through FedEx or UPS. If you are in need of rush processing or shipping, please let us know BEFORE you place your order. Rush processing and/or rush shipping may be available for an extra charge.

High Heels and Pinwheels cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this is a concern, please inquire about insurance for your package prior to purchasing. This can be added for an additional fee.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customized items cannot generally be returned, except in the case of a mistake on my part. Please check all of your customization requests thoroughly. There will be no refunds or exchanges given on customized items due to the customer's error. Please be sure to read the item description carefully before ordering. If there are any discrepancies with an aspect of an item that is clearly described and pictured in the listing we will be unable to issue a refund. All other refunds or exchanges will be determined on a case by case basis. If a refund or exchange is granted, we must receive the item back from you within 7 days or no refund will be given. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. Please be sure to package and ship the item carefully, as we will be unable to issue a refund for items that are returned to us damaged. Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in, or no refund will be given.

Our goal is always 100% satisfaction. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately and we will do our best to fix it within the boundaries of the refund policy. We appreciate your business and feedback!
