Want the look of professional invitations at a fraction of the cost? Or maybe you're just a hands-on, do-it-yourself type. It's easier than you think... by purchasing a professionally designed, custom invitation, as a digital file ready to print. You can print your invitations at home or send to a local printer. Print as many as you want, send it out as a stand-alone invitation, or mount it on coloured cardstock or a pocketfold and embellish it with rhinestones or a satin ribbon. The possibilities are endless.

Payment
Full payment is required upon placing your order. I accept payments through Paypal and direct checkout.
Shipping
With the exception of immediate downloads such as photography items, order processing time is approximately 1-2 business days for initial proof, and 1 business day for each revision to the initial draft. Processing time is calculated from the time we receive payment AND the necessary wedding/event details required to proceed with your order. Rush processing is possible at our discretion and may be subject to an additional fee.

Once you have purchased your listing and provided all required information (names, date, time and location of the event, invitation wording if different than shown, rsvp date, and any additional information) a digital proof will be sent to you via Etsy/email for review/approval within 2 business days. Three complimentary revisions are included, additional revisions may be subject to a design fee.

Proofs are to be carefully reviewed ensuring names, dates, times, locations, wording, grammar, spelling, and overall design are satisfactory prior to giving your final approval. Once we receive your approval, the final draft is prepared and sent to you via Etsy message as a jpeg digital file ready to print. No changes can be made after approval is received from customer and we are not responsible for any discrepancies on the final product that were present on the approved proof.

Due to individual monitor settings, colors/shades may be slightly different than shown online. Please do a print test before your final approval to check coloration/shading.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once you purchase a listing and submit the required details for your order, work will commence immediately on the preparation of your initial proofs/digital files. Refunds/cancellations cannot be granted due to the personalized nature of the product.

Failure to provide the necessary information (please refer to the individual listings for specific details) that will enable us to proceed with and/or complete your order will result in the cancellation of your transaction. A reasonable time frame of 5 business days will be allowed for the submittal of such information, after which one communication attempt will be sent to the customer via Etsy message requesting the necessary information. Failure to respond within 2 days will cause your order to be cancelled and a refund will be issued for the value of the original order less $5.00 CAD for administrative costs/fees incurred. This refund/cancellation cannot be un-done and if at a later time the customer would still like to purchase the original item, the customer will have to re-purchase the listing as a new order.

Immediate downloads such as photography items are non-refundable.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Can the colors be customized?
A: Yes, most invitations can be customized to fit the color scheme of your event. There are however some limitations, so please enquire on a specific listing and I can provide some guidance.

Q: What if I need a different size?
A: Invitations are listed in standard sizing, but if you need something different to fit your needs I can certainly accommodate. Please check with your printer prior to ordering to ensure the paper size is compatible.

Q: Some of your invitation enclosures are set up as multiples on an 8.5x11" letter sized paper... What if my enclosures are already precut?
A: Not a problem... just let me know on your order.

Q: How much do Ceremony Programs cost?
A: Ceremony programs are $45.00 for a ONE page standard 8.5x11" program folded in half (5.5x8.5" finished size) or two folds (approximately 3.5x8.5" finished size). This will of course be personalized with your wedding details, ready to print. This is the typical program, but if you have something else in mind I can certainly accommodate, please enquire and I can quote you a price based on your needs.

Q: How much do you charge for Thank You cards?
A: Thank You cards cost $22.00 for a 4.25x5.5" (finished size) folded in half. These are printable on standard 8.5x11" (2 per page). They include a personalized message on the inside of the card. These are the standard thank you cards, but if you need something else please enquire and I can accommodate based on your needs.

Q: When should I order my wedding invitations?
A: We recommend that wedding invitations be ordered approximately 4-6 months prior to the event to allow plenty of time for finalizing details, proof approval, order processing, shipping time... and for your own piece of mind.
