The ordered product will be shipped within 7 - 10 weeks of received payment resp. is also is variable on my order queue's length.

Shipping in general is handled by DHL Germany.

I cannot be held responsible for fees that may occur with international packages.

I will ship your item to your Etsy address, if you would like me to ship the item to a different address please mention the correct shipping address in "Message to Seller" while doing check out.

INSURANCE:
I insure all of my packages with a value of 500,00 EUR so if your item were to be lost or damaged you will be compensated. Most of my products are of a higher value, but the cost for insurance up to 2.000,00 EUR are much higher, too. If you insist to insure your package with an insurance higher than 500,00 EUR please contact me before shipping for detailed price information.

WARRANTY:
All of my boots are subjected to a natural wearout, depsite the use of industrial grade materials and the highest standards and craftsmanship. If you have a reason for an objection please report them to me with description and photos.

In general no warranty is given after a period of 6 months after shipping and if the product has received a technical, structural or other treatment resp. was not used as intended.
