House of Teiwiata is a group of ranges produced by our family.
Each Shop section is a different range created by a different member of the family.

Jealousy Co - "you can't have this!" because each piece in this section is unique and one of a kind articles. Jealousy Co items are created by Parehuia Reweti in her sparetime. Jealosuy Co clothing is upcycled clothing. Parehuia creates a new item from the discarded adding her own style and flare. All clothing is in excellent condition prior to upcycling, with the creations being all handmade. Each item is pre washed and ready to ship

Vamped - "Once Dead now Lives" this section is dedicated to Retro and Modern items discovered, upcycled or mended by Nina Reweti.

IwiArt - Teiwiata Daniel Reweti's original Art pieces available as originals or prints of the originals.

Paypal is our preferred payment method at the moment. We find this the most secure form of payment for both ourselves and buyers
All our products are shipped standard post using Australian Post using a tracking number (which Australia Post add $9 to the standard rate)
This enables us to keep the postage cost of postage as low as possible
Delivery time will vary depending on destination, up to 3 weeks for international postage with 5 days for National postage

All orders are posted within 5 days of recieving payment confirmation from Paypal.
We track orders and can provide delivery status upon request from Buyers

Please beware there maybe delays at customs for international delivery. We are unable to forsee these incidents but will endeavour to disclose all information to the buyer of any custom delays.
Refunds and Exchanges
Photos are taken of products prior to shipment to ensure quality of goods posted.

Damaged goods during delivery process
Please photograph with date and time and contact us immediately. We wil replace any goods damaged during the shipping method if contacted within 24 hours of you recieving the shipment.
Lost Orders
If an order is lost in the post due to mishandling by the shipping services we will offer replacemnt and refund of goods. Shipment to be arranged through another carrier, at the agreement of both Klipz by Tia and buyer
Faulty goods
If you consider your goods faulty please contact us within 14 days of recieving your products. Upon agreement we will fully refund or replace faulty goods once the goods have been recieved by Klipz by Tia. Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods
A refund may be offered due to delivery delays caused by Buyer. This will be set by the seller and may take up to two weeks to process.

All items that are handmade, upcycled or mended will have variations and anomallies the happen during the creation process and are not considered faults. All these items are sold on Good Faith with the buyers knowledge they are upcycled and/or mended. All variations, alterations will be site in the product description.
