Can I have both sides of a tumbler engraved?

Yes absolutely! For a 2 sided engraved tumbler, please choose one of the 'Upgrade' options that indicate '2 sided engraving' and we will make sure both sides are symmetrical and look fabulous! One sided engraving is included and you'll notice that the '2 Sided Engraving' is an additional $4.00.

Do you have 20 oz. YETI® Tumblers?

Yes we do and we will post the link here soon. They are being shipped to us as we speak!

We will also offer more YETI® products that will be available for personalization very soon. Products include 12 oz. Can Colster Insulators, 12 oz. Slim Can Colster Insulators, 26 oz. Water Bottles, 10 oz. Lowball Ramblers, along with 20 oz. Ramblers.

Can I send you a design that I want to be engraved?

Absolutely! You can either send us a message on Etsy or you can email it to us at info@HVLaserEngraving.com

Do you accept Bulk Orders?

Yes we do! Just send us a message to start the conversation and let us know which design you'd like and how many tumblers you're looking for and we will send you back the pricing for bulk items! Certainly you will not pay the same amount for each tumbler if you buy in bulk!

Can I get a mock up (aka proof) of my design on the item I want before I buy it?

Sure! We can send you a mock up (aka proof) of your design on the tumbler of your choice in the color of your choice for a standard fee of $4.95. There is a separate listing you can choose to request the mock up. Copy and paste the below link to go to the Mock-Up listing.

Does all Laser Engraving come out Silver in color?

Yes, it does. During the laser engraving process, the colored powder coating is removed (by the laser) from the product which in turn exposes the surface underneath (the stainless steel). In other words, the areas of the product that are laser engraved are stainless steel (or Silver) and the areas not lasered remain the color of the product. Check out the video attached in each tumbler listing to see this in action!

How do you package an item?

We take every precaution to make sure your item is safe during transport and arrives to you in tact. We use boxes for our items and those boxes are then surrounded by airtight bubble wrap.

Why do you not take returns?

The focus of all our products is personalization which means they are all made specifically for the client, the way the client wants, with the image and font requested by the client. This means the only person that can be matched with the item is the person requesting it. Hence we cannot offer a personalized item to someone else.

What format should I send a file that I want engraved?

Ideally, please send us an .SVG or .PNG file. Those are the types of files that communicate with our laser to obtain the design you would like engraved. If you don't have either format then you can still send us a .JPEG but know that it will take us a little time to convert it into a workable format and we will have to charge a design fee.
