HWWO GEBRUIKSVOORWAARDEN
HWWO TERMS OF USE
Deze gebruiksvoorwaarden (“Voorwaarden”) regelen uw gebruik van digitale producten (“Producten”, zoals overlay-afbeeldingen met een transparante achtergrond en achtergrondafbeeldingen) die worden aangeboden door HWWO Stock. Door een Product te kopen en te downloaden, gaat u akkoord met deze Voorwaarden.
LICENTIEVERLENING
HWWO Stock verleent u een niet-exclusieve, royaltyvrije licentie om de Producten te gebruiken onder de volgende voorwaarden:
Toegestaan gebruik:
- Persoonlijk en commercieel gebruik: U mag de producten gebruiken voor persoonlijke en/of commerciële doeleinden.
- Onbeperkt print- en mediagebruik: Gebruik de producten voor boekomslagen, print-on-demand artikelen, banners op sociale media, advertenties en websitepromotie.
Verboden gebruik:
Losstaande figuren: Personages, achtergrondafbeeldingen, objecten en 2D-graphics mogen niet als losstaande figuren worden gebruikt voor logo's, handelsmerken of andere commerciële doeleinden.
VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN
Als koper gaat u akkoord met:
- Zorg ervoor dat nieuwe werken die met behulp van de Producten worden gemaakt, niet rechtstreeks concurreren met de oorspronkelijke Producten.
- Gebruik de producten in overeenstemming met deze voorwaarden.
- Deel of verspreid de originele bestanden niet in welke vorm dan ook.
AANVULLENDE BEPALINGEN
Naast het bovenstaande gelden de volgende bepalingen:
- Herverdeling:
Het is u niet toegestaan de aangeschafte downloadbare bestanden, geheel of gedeeltelijk, te herverdelen, te koop aan te bieden of gratis weg te geven, of op enige andere wijze te gebruiken.
- Licenties voor meerdere gebruikers en uitgebreid gebruik:
Afbeeldingen van HWWO Stock mogen niet door meer dan één gebruiker worden gebruikt. Grote bedrijven, filmproducties, uitgeverijen en andere commerciële entiteiten, met uitzondering van individuele kunstenaars of kleinschalige gebruikers, dienen contact op te nemen met HWWO Stock om een specifieke licentie aan te schaffen die aansluit bij de behoeften van hun team. Het niet naleven hiervan vormt een schending van deze voorwaarden.
- Gebruik in nieuwe kunstwerken:
Gebruikers dienen de producten te integreren in een nieuw en vernieuwend kunstwerk voordat zij het eindproduct verkopen of distribueren. Het los gebruiken van personages, achtergronden, objecten of 2D-afbeeldingen is ten strengste verboden.
- Definitie van losstaande cijfers:
"Losstaande figuren" verwijzen naar personages, achtergrondafbeeldingen, objecten en 2D-graphics die onafhankelijk worden gebruikt en geen deel uitmaken van een groter, transformerend werk. Deze mogen niet worden gebruikt voor logo's, handelsmerken of andere commerciële doeleinden zonder aanzienlijke aanpassingen en integratie in een nieuw project.
- Inhoudelijke beperkingen: U stemt ermee in de producten te gebruiken in overeenstemming met alle toepasselijke EU- en internationale wet- en regelgeving. Dit houdt onder meer in dat u zich onthoudt van elk illegaal of discriminerend gebruik van de producten.
AUTEURSRECHT & EIGENDOMSRECHT
HWWO Stock en de oorspronkelijke makers behouden alle auteursrechten op de producten en de bijbehorende bestanden. U verkrijgt geen eigendomsrechten op de inhoud.
AANVULLENDE INFORMATIE
- Bronnen van de afbeeldingen:
De afbeeldingen op de HWWO Stock-website zijn afkomstig van 3D-modellen die HWWO Stock zelf heeft gemaakt, gebaseerd op eigen bronnen of bronnen van grote stockwebsites met 3D-content. Afbeeldingen van andere 3D-modelleurs en digitale 3D-makers worden gebruikt met hun toestemming of onder een specifieke licentie die dit gebruik toestaat.
- Leveranciersvertegenwoordiging:
De verkopers op deze markten verklaren en garanderen dat zij wettelijk bevoegd zijn om de koper de bijbehorende licenties te verlenen.
- Disclaimer inzake aansprakelijkheid:
HWWO Stock is niet verantwoordelijk als gekochte artikelen van grote stockmarkten niet voldoen aan alle noodzakelijke auteursrecht- of merkenrechtelijke bepalingen. HWWO Stock is niet verantwoordelijk voor juridische conflicten of geschillen die voortvloeien uit het gebruik van producten die door HWWO Stock en haar eigenaar zijn gekocht en die bronnen bevatten die afkomstig zijn van grote stockmarkten. Hoewel HWWO Stock ernaar streeft de geüploade content zorgvuldig te controleren, kunnen we de herkomst ervan niet altijd garanderen. Dit omvat, maar is niet beperkt tot, 3D-kleding, 3D-rekwisieten, 3D-scènes, 2D-texturen, 3D-personages, 2D-bronnen, enzovoort.
VRIJWARING
HWWO Stock behoudt zich het recht voor deze voorwaarden te allen tijde te wijzigen.

These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your use of digital products (“Products” as overlay images with transparent background and background images) offered by HWWO Stock. By purchasing and downloading any Product, you agree to comply with these Terms.
LICENSE GRANT
HWWO Stock grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Products subject to the following conditions:
Allowed Uses:
- Personal and Commercial Use: You may use the Products for personal and/or commercial purposes.
- Unlimited Prints and Media Usage: Use the Products in book covers, print-on-demand items, social media banners, advertising, and website promotion.
Prohibited Uses:
Stand-Alone Figures: Characters, backgrounds/backdrops images, objects, and 2D graphics cannot be used as stand-alone figures for logos, trademarks, or other commercial purposes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a buyer, you agree to:
- Ensure that new works created using the Products do not directly compete with the original Products.
- Use the Products in accordance with these Terms.
- Not share or distribute the original files in any format.
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
In addition to the above, the following provisions apply:
- Redistribution:
You shall not redistribute the purchased downloadable files, for sale or for free, in whole or in part, or in any other way.
- Multi-User Licenses and Extended Use:
HWWO Stock images cannot be used by more than one user. Large corporations, movie productions, publishing houses, and other commercial entities beyond individual artists or small-scale users must contact HWWO Stock to purchase a specific license according to their team’s needs. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
- Use in New Artwork:
Users must incorporate the Products into a new and transformative artwork before selling or distributing the final product. Stand-alone use of characters, backgrounds/backdrops images, objects, or 2D graphics is strictly prohibited.
- Stand-Alone Figures Defined:
"Stand-alone figures" refer to characters, backgrounds/backdrops images, objects, and 2D graphics that are used independently and are not part of a larger, transformative work. These cannot be used for logos, trademarks, or other commercial purposes without significant modification and incorporation into a new project.
- Content Restrictions: You agree to use the products in compliance with all applicable EU and international laws and regulations. This includes refraining from any illegal or discriminatory use of the Products.
COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP
HWWO Stock and the original creators retain all copyrights to the Products and their files. You do not acquire ownership rights to the content.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Image Sources:
Images used on the HWWO Stock website come from 3D models HWWO Stock has created from personal merchant resources or resources from large stock websites with 3D content. Rendered images from other 3D modelers and 3D digital creators are used with their consent or under a specific license that allows this use.
- Vendor Representations:
The vendors from these markets represent and warrant that they legally possess the power to grant the Buyer the related licenses.
- Responsibility Disclaimer:
HWWO Stock is not responsible if any purchased items from large stock markets have not followed all necessary copyright or trademark policies. HWWO Stock is not responsible for any legal conflicts or disputes arising from the use of Products purchased by HWWO Stock and its owner that include resources obtained from large stock markets. Although HWWO Stock strives to double-check the content it uploads; we cannot always guarantee its origins. This includes, but is not limited to, 3D clothes, 3D props, 3D scenes, 2D textures, 3D characters, 2D resources etc.
DISCLAIMER
HWWO Stock reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
