If I am able, I will gladly customize any order. Due to the fact that all items are hand made certain customizations will not be possible or guaranteed. for example if you want a "Bottle of the Night" changed, I cannot guarantee that I can duplicate the bottle, or nor ruin it by altering it. Also some customizations are subject to a price change, if this is the case the item must be ordered before it is altered.

Regarding Custom Pieces, the order must be placed BEFORE I purchase the pieces and put it together. I will send a photo of the piece once done, usually the day before shipping.

I will not accept returns or refunds on custom pieces!

I use tarnish resistant silver plated wire on most of my pieces. This will not hold up under water. Please do not bathe or swim with your Rosary/Necklace on (a little rain once in a while wont hurt it)

Bottles of the Night: Handwash VERY Gently only if needed in luke warm water. I cannot guarantee the labels or paint will hold up to much water... or better yet, use a damp cloth or canned air.

By "Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)" I mean earrings.

I do not accept returns or exchanges on SALE items, LAST CHANCE items, CUSTOM ITEMS, or CUSTOMIZED ITEMS- this includes *additional* stock items (ie if the listing says 1 avail and you want 2)

Framed Art: I do not guarantee the glass in the frame, I do my best to package it to protect during shipping. All frames are upcycled and unique, I am not able to obtain additional glass
Bottles of the Night: if arrived broken take a photo of it still in the packaging and I can ship you another one of the same value or do mu best to recreate the broken piece.

Rosaries/Necklaces:

I guarantee my wire work, If the wire bends and you are not able to put it back together with pliers, message me and once return shipping is sent to me, return the piece and I will fix it. DO NOT SEND WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING ME!

If there are broken beads I may charge a small fee to replace in addition to return shipping, just message me.
Same goes for adding/fixing a clasp.

Pendants are on a case by case basis. All depends on where they came from

my pieces are designed to "fit most" if you are concerned please inquire before purchase. I can add links, more beads or add a clasp as needed before shipping. If you receive your item and want it longer I will be happy to do that for you for a fee, please message me and return the item to me

Most pieces can be customized, the extent is dependent on the specific piece. please send an inquiry about the modifications you want.

I love doing custom orders! i have alot of questions so that i can help your dream piece become a reality. please include as much detail as possible in your primary message.

I DO NOT order the pieces before at least a 50% non-refundable deposit is made- you can also pay in full-- i will let you know the estimated wait time for your beads to come in, i will let you know when they come in and an estimated time frame that i should be able to finish your piece in. when the piece is made i will take a photo of it and ship-or you have 30 days to complete your payment before it goes up for sale in my shop.

on stock and custom items I am willing to work out a payment plan for you. It will be your custom listing divided out into our agreement. Each payment is non-refundable. for custom work, supplies will be purchased when at 75% of the total is paid for (contrary to the 50% deposit for normal customs)
you have 30 days from each payment to make the next payment. over 60 days and the agreement is forfeit (exceptions can be made on a case by case basis, please communicate with me.)
