I will exchange or refund merchandise if you are displeased with your order provided you contact me within 3 day of receiving your order, and you return the order to me (in its original condition). Send it back to me by USPS First Class Parcel Post with delivery confirmation. Return Shipping is not refunded.

Shipping and handling within the US are included in the purchase price.

International shipping and handling prices are listed.

I do my best to ship within 3 business day after payment is received. I'll send you an email when the package is sent. My packages are shipped first class (in the US) and first class international overseas. Shipping does not include insurance unless the value is over $100. If you would like to purchase insurance or upgrade to priority mail service, please contact me prior to completing the payment process. 

While I happily ship internationally, I am not responsible for any duties or customs fees, they are the sole responsibility of the buyer. All international orders will have full value declared on customs form. For international packages, the US Post Office estimates transit times of at least 14 business days.
