Welcome to Halls Stick Furniture & Signs and thank you for looking at my work. Everything here I have hand crafted. I love creating new and unique pieces in my shop. I strive to make quality pieces with the kind of detail and craftsmanship that makes them stand out.
I get my inspiration mostly from the beautiful Adirondacks. Having grown up in the foothills of the Adirondacks, I have been able to spend a lot of time deep in the woods, on the mountains, and in the lakes experiencing first hand the beauty of the changing seasons, and being inspired by what God has created.
The majority of the pieces I create are from salvaged or reclaimed wood. I see the beauty in every piece of wood no matter where it comes from whether I am pulling a beautiful piece out of a fire, or a piece of lumber from an old barn.
When creating pieces, I put the time and detail into each one as if I was going to keep it for myself.
I also want to add that my daughter Amia has decided to start creating hand crafted items. She is learning how to use the tools in the shop with my supervision. A portion of the profits she makes will be going toward her college fund. Thank you in advance for supporting her work! On top of that my other daughter Emma has take up bracelet and necklace making. All items Emma makes and that are available in my Etsy shop will specify Made By Emma .
