Halvorsons' Shop Policies
After purchase, your payment should be made immediately. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still use the PayPal site and pay with your Debit/Credit card. Also, you can use Direct Checkout via Etsy or an Etsy Gift Card. Thank you.
Ready to ship items will ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. If you have placed a custom order, please check "Shop Announcement" for current turn around time. Please allow production time along with shipping time in your order to make sure you receive your item for your event.
All items are shipped with insurance and delivery confirmation. Any orders over $100.00 will include "Signature Confirmation" unless other arrangements have been made.
For US Paypal Customers: after your payment is complete, we will prepare a shipping label via PayPal. If you want your purchase shipped to a different address, you must change the information on PayPal before your purchase. You will receive an e-mail with your shipping/tracking information when the item has shipped. Items are shipped Monday through Friday or the following business day after a holiday.
For US Etsy/Direct Checkout Customers: after your payment is complete, we will prepare a shipping label via Etsy. (WE SHIP TO ETSY ADDRESS UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTIFIED.) You will receive an e-mail with your shipping/tracking information when the item has shipped. Items are shipped Monday through Friday or the following business day after a holiday.
For International Customers: We will prepare a shipping label and process with the appropriate customs forms through the USPS. You will receive an e-mail with your shipping/tracking information when the item has shipped. Items are shipped on Monday through Friday or the following day after a holiday. International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, etc., that your country requires. We will not mark the item as a "gift" and the exact purchase price will be listed on the customs form.

Refunds and Exchanges
We would like our customers to be happy with their purchase, our customer service and our shop. If there are any questions or concerns, please convo us within three days of receipt of the item. Any returns, exchanges, refunds, etc., will be determined on a case by case basis. Returns for custom orders are not accepted. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Thank you.
