I changed my mind about what I ordered or for whatever reason what to cancel my order, but it is past the '1hr mark' -- What can I do?
My standing policy is this: I gladly accept cancellations IF you request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase. Why? Because I may have already started to process your order or get it ready to ship out.
If you are past the 1hr mark, Etsy Convo me and let's see what we can work out. After all, I want to make YOU (the customer) happy.
However If your order is ready to go, or I have already made purchases for it I cannot cancel it.
Shipping and Insurance
I ship exclusively through the US Postal Service (USPS). I cannot be responsible for what happens to your item once it leaves my hands and is picked up by USPS. Therefore, if insurance is not included in your shipping option, I strongly encourage you to purchase extra. **Etsy convo me to request it and I can add it for you / send you an invoice for it.
If your item is held up in transit, lost, damaged, etc., -- insurance will save the day, as it will allow you to file a claim with USPS.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom and/or personalized orders are always welcome and accepted.
Do you ship internationally / outside of the United States?
I do not typically ship internationally. If you live outside of the United States and want to place an order, please send me a message through Etsy BEFORE placing the order. I can price out international shipping and we can try to work something out.
