When will I Get My Order?
When you buy from our store, you are emailed your digital file to the email address you used to purchase your order!
Usually, it takes 1 - 60 minutes to receive your Etsy download via email.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by sending us a message and we will do our best to assist!
Do you offer refunds?
Nope! Digital items will not result in a refund. Purchase of a digital item acts as an acknowledgemnt from the buyer that the buyer has fully read, understood, and agreed to the listing item and description.
"Can you customize/edit a form for me?"
No.
These forms are sold as-is and can be edited on your own if you have access to the correct software. If you need help, please reach out to your friends or family for help.
