CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME: 🔻 2.5 - 3 weeks🔻 (does not include shipping transit)

🔻🔻🔻Order Cancellation Requests are NOT ACCEPTED for the reason that buyer did not read Item Description or our Policies before placing their order.

If the Buyer has placed their order too close to their event date to allow for proper processing of the order, OR if the Buyer requested cancellation BEFORE ANY WORK HAS BEEN DONE ON THEIR ORDER, assuming responsibility for not having read posted turnaround times, any order that cannot be completed as a result may be canceled but be SUBJECT TO A CANCELLATION CHARGE OF $8.00 - NO EXCEPTIONS

Cancelling an order is a major inconvenience. Also per Etsy's Terms of Use - Sales are Binding and Buyers acknowledge having read shop policies prior to placing an order https://www.etsy.com/legal/buyers/?ref=list#purchasing

Why an inconvenience? Because we are still obligated to enter the sale into our accounting system, the sale is also reported (even if canceled) to the government for income tax purposes, we must also enter a credit transaction in our accounting system, go through the order cancellation process on Etsy to recover the fees assessed to our account for the order, and also go through a Refund process with PayPal. This is not fair to us - it takes too many actions on our part which take away from our actual paid work - thus the order cancellation fee of $8.00 applies for the inconvenience caused.

🔻🔻🔻ENGRAVER PROOFS ALERT!!!🔻🔻🔻 If you ordered one of our ENGRAVED pieces (that is, not hand stamped) we WILL BE SENDING PROOFS!

The proofs will be sent via ETSY MESSAGES EXCLUSIVELY on ANY of the LAST THREE days of your Production Time.

On that day after sending proofs we will wait for 12 hours for your response, after which we will proceed to engraving and shipping. PLEASE check your Etsy messages toward the end of your Production Time.

🔻 We do not accept rush orders.

🔻 Changes cannot be made to an order once it has been received without a $25.00 change fee.

🔻 Xpress Shipping must be chosen at checkout, we can not "upgrade" your shipping after order is being placed.

🔻 Shipping via Express DOES NOT SHORTEN TURNAROUND.

🔻 Choosing default shipping option means that your order will be shipped via Small Packet service - NO TRACKING, NO on-time delivery guarantee, 2 weeks in transit ESTIMATED, this does not include production time.

• No work on production on Weekends and holidays.
There will be a delay in answering messages during weekends.

• Please REMEMBER to leave all necessary custom order details in the NOTE to SELLER at CHECKOUT. If you do not respond within 1 day for regular order and 8 hours for Rush and/or EXPRESS order, we will have to cancel such order and issue a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.

If I order NOW, WHEN it will arrive?

Our current PRODUCTION TIME is 2.5 - 3 WEEKS .

Production Time does NOT include time in Shipping Transit.

The order is shipped from CANADA.

Is Time in Shipping Transit included in Production Time?

No, Time in Shipping Transit is not a part of Production Time.

Production Time is 2.5 - 3 weeks - ADD to this Time in Shipping Transit.

Time in Shipping Transit depends on Shipping Service chosen at checkout.

Default shipping - estimated 2 weeks to USA

XPRESS shipping (must be chosen at checkout) - 3-4 business days to USA.

HOW do I submit Personalization Information for my Order?

1. IF YOU ARE ABOUT to PLACE your order:

- Please read full Item Description.
Using Mobile device? To read Item Description while on Mobile Device, please: SCROLL DOWN and click on ITEM DETAILS tab. Please read COMPLETE Item Description and FOLLOW "How to Order" instructions STEP-by-STEP.

2. If you ALREADY PLACED YOUR ORDER, but HAVE NOT SUBMITTED customization information:

- Please READ complete Item Description (see above how).

- Please copy COMPLETE "How to Order" part.

- Click on "Contact Seller".

- Paste the "How to Order" part into your message.

- Fill out EVERY question asked, including Production Time and Proofs awareness.

- Send. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

I placed my order - WHY I still have not received the PROOFS?

As agreed, as stated in your Item Description:
PROOFS of the engraving will be submitted to buyer's attention via Etsy messages exclusively (no emailing, no phone calls) ANY time during 3 LAST days, INCLUDING the VERY LAST DAY of my PRODUCTION Time.

Current PRODUCTION TIME is 2.5 - 3 WEEKS - this does NOT include time in Shipping Transit (The order is shipped from CANADA).

I placed my order - WHY I still have not received the CONFIRMATION email or other communication from the seller?

A Confirmation mail was sent the moment your order was placed to the email address associated with your order.
Please do check this email address. Please check spam and trash folders of the address you gave when placed this order.

PLEASE READ COMPLETE text of this Confirmation email.

I placed my order - WHEN it will be shipped?

Dear Buyer, Your exact Shipping Date is stated on your Etsy Receipt - please refer to your Etsy receipt for shipping date.

Please keep in mind that when placing your custom order with us you have agreed to:

1. I understand that current PRODUCTION TIME is 2.5 - 3 WEEKS - this does NOT include time in Shipping Transit (The order is shipped from CANADA).

I placed my order - can I UPGRADE to XPRESS shipping speed AFTER sale?

We are sorry, it is impossible to upgrade/change shipping method AFTER the order has been placed.

Here is what we CAN do: Buyer who wish to upgrade their shipping speed to Xpress must contact us during FIRST THREE DAYS after the order been placed.

Buyer has to PLACE A NEW ORDER, choosing XPRESS as their shipping speed at checkout.

Once we receive a NEW order we will be able to cancel and refund the original order. In this order only. Thank you for understanding.

Please note that we are able to the above only oif the request for Xpress is received during FIRST THREE DAYS from the day the order has been placed.

I placed my order - can I change SHIPPING ADDRESS after sale?

We are sorry, our payment Processor does not allow us to change Shipping Address AFTER the order has been placed.

Here is what we CAN do: Buyer who wish to change their shipping address must contact us during FIRST THREE DAYS after the order been placed.

Buyer has to PLACE A NEW ORDER, stating correct shipping address at checkout, on payment processor page and once again on Etsy page before clicking "Submit myOrder".

Once we receive a NEW order we will be able to cancel and refund the original order. In this order only. Thank you for understanding.

Please note that we are able to the above only if the request for Shipping Address Chabge is received during FIRST THREE DAYS from the day the order has been placed.
