Knitting and Crocheting is my Passion!

My Nana was my inspiration for all things crafty. I have been knitting and crocheting and doing needlework of all types for as far back as I can remember. Back in 2000, I had so many crafty things stacked up that I thought maybe I would try and sell some of them. That was the beginning of Handcrafted Accents! I have been growing my business ever since, and one thing led to another, and now I seem to have a small yarn shop in my home. I am happy to share everything with you here on Etsy.

Here at Handcrafted Accents I knit and crochet things that will accent your wardrobe and living space. I also offer supplies for all types of crafts so you can make things too.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details
FOR SUPPLIES: All returns or exchanges must be in their original packaging in NEW and UNUSED condition. You must contact me within 14 days to ask if you can return or exchange an item. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your merchandise. For all returns and exchanges, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return items back to Handcrafted Accents. I do not refund for shipping costs on a return or exchange.

All DISCONTINUED and CLEARANCE items are brand new and all sales are final and sold in an as-is condition with no returns or exchanges possible.

Handcrafted Accents accepts PayPal, and direct checkout through ETSY. No checks or money orders, please.

If you are ordering from California, you will be charged 7.75% sales tax.
Shipping
US Customers:
Most orders under one pound are shipped via USPS first class mail, unless other arrangements are made prior to the sale. Any order one pound or over will ship USPS priority mail.

All handcrafted items are made to order, so it may take a few days depending on what you order. If you need to know how long it will take, please contact me before you order.

Please note that all the colors on this website are not exact and are only as good as the internet and individual computer equipment allows. If you need a color sample, please contact me to obtain color samples.
