Custom and personalized orders
Please reach out to us if you want a custom order! We are currently accepting custom orders on certain products. Please know that the processing time will change depending on the order. If we do not have the correct amount of material on hand, we will have to order from our suppliers. We will not start a custom order until the custom listing is purchased.

Shipping Time
We usually ship within our processing items as stated in the individual listing or in the shop announcements. The processing time does vary depending on the time of the year. Just a reminder, if our processing time is in business days, those days include Monday-Saturday and excludes Sundays and postal holidays.
We do not ship until payment clears. In some cases, this may take an extra day.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address the buyer will be responsible for paying new postage to re-ship.
The shipping time for custom orders is longer than in stock items.
Refunds & Exchanges
Please contact me if you are not happy with an item and would like to return it for a refund.
We only take returns, offer exchanges, or process refunds from original purchasers - not gift receivers.
Items need to be returned in the same condition as they are sent. If a return is wanted, I’ll refund (minus shipping costs) once I receive the item back.
I'll accept exchanges if the item is returned two week after you received it (in the same condition it was sent to you) and you can exchange it for something else currently listed in my shop of the same price. You'll be responsible for all shipping charges.
International Buyers
I do offer international shipping to select countries.
You will be responsible for any duty, tax and customs fees on your end.
VAT is not included in my pricing. If you live in a country that includes VAT on import please check to see what the cost may be.

Shipping Issues
Shipping issues are rare, but they do happen. Once we leave a package at our post office, its travel to you is out of our control. Labor disputes and other activities within a national postal service sometimes result in delivery delays.
Customer must provide The Handcrafted Buffalo with the correct mailing address and we are not responsible for USPS undeliverable, incorrect or unconfirmed addresses.
If a package is marked DELIVERED but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to reach out to your local post office and ask for the GPS coordinates of the delivery location. You can also reach out to neighbors to see if it was mistakenly delivered. Once a package is marked DELIVERED, The Handcrafted Buffalo's role is complete.
