Annie is extremely responsive and the quality of the scoot bag is great. We only got it today, but Thor seems comfortable and compared to other bags we have gotten this one seems more durable, flexible and most importantly, comfortable and soft on our little guy. I can't express how happy I am with my purchase from HandiPetsPlus. My 4 year old Pitt Bull Terrier suffers from IVDD/IVDH, and I was worried he would never be able to fully enjoy the rest of his life due to fear of injury to his hind legs.

I ordered a custom drag bag from HandiPetsPlus, the creator worked with me to design a custom-bag, and even bought custom fabric for my pup. They helped me determine what the best choices for my pup would be, and even helped me to make sure my measurements seemed right.

The drag bag is incredibly well made. It holds up incredibly well, washes wonderfully, and fits perfectly. The slicker/tougher bottom surface has helped him learn how to regain mobility and now he's so much more independent.

I am honestly so beyond disappointed and disgusted with Annie and her product. I ordered a a drag bag for my paralyzed foster puppy, and not only did it not fit properly despite accurate measurements, it was completely ripped at the seams within 4 very mild and gentle uses. When I contacted Annie about this issue, she ignored me. Thinking that perhaps she didn’t get my message, I messaged her again and again. I am yet to hear a response and it has been weeks. Please do not support this lady - her product quality is beyond substandard, and she is a complete scam artist. If I could leave 0 stars I would - I DO NOT recommend at all!!!!

It is hands up the best drag bag my little girl has.

I purchased the model with the add on velcro.

The fabric is thin and souple which allows the dog ease when moving around.
My doggy girl hates drags bags with passion and often refuses to move as soon as she wears one. It is not the case with this drag bag, because it is so souple. The bottom fabric is a bit stronger, and has a nice slippery feel (not too much, just right), which makes navigating around the house easier.
It is also very well made.
The use of large velcro makes the drag bag easy to put on and to take off. It is also seems very comfortable for the pet.
An A++ item. I will come back for more. Thank you very much
