About

Beginning

It is hard for me to think of a true beginning to my creative story. I have always enjoyed costumes and creating things. I would throw themed parties just to have an excuse to wear a new costume - Halloween is the second best holiday of the year (Christmas is still number one because its when my big family gets together.) I have been making my own costumes for years, but what really pushed me to be more creative is the Renaissance Festival and my hobby of archery.

I love dressing up for the Renaissance Fair and make a new costume every year. I had a lot of costumes so decided to sell my old ones and they went really quick. Then three years ago I really wanted to buy a new bracer and quiver, since I had just started archery, I couldn't find anything I liked. This caused me to try and make my own. And from there I kept falling down the rabbit hole.....

HandiworkCO is my hobby and my passion which I hope to one day turn into my full time job. I try to make unique and interesting designs. I am often inspired by books, shows, movies and games I enjoy and these influences can be seen in many of my items.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
I understand that shopping online can be difficult no matter how good my pictures and descriptions are. I will accept returns of non custom products for up to two weeks after you receive the item. A refund minus shipping costs will be processed once I have received the item.

For custom items, I will issue a 50% refund once the item has been returned.

I will not accept returns without prior authorization. If you are unhappy please contact me so that we can figure out a solution.

I will not accept returns after Halloween unless I have been contacted before October 28th.
Payment
I will not mail packages until payment has cleared.

I accept credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Shipping
♦ I try to always use recycled packaging. All packaging will contain the HandiworkCO logo on the outside. I pack items with care and plenty of protection to ensure your item is received in good condition.

♦ I always ship to the address provided in Etsy.

♦Products shipped in the United States are Shipped USPS With a tracking number(Delivery Confirmation)

♦All Orders (Local and International) are Shipped First Class or Priority Mail depending on Weight.

♦Handiwork.co is not responsible for custom fees.

♦If you need Special Ship Dates contact me and we can discuss the Details.

♦If you do not receive your Order please contact me and we might be able to track it together. I do not know you didn't receive an item and can not research it if I am not told.

♦If the package is marked as delivered, but was not received I will open an investigation with USPS and file a claim. If USPS denies the claim then I consider the item received. If they approve I will issue a refund.
