The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If it's damaged, you don't have to return it, just take a picture and send it to me and I'll contact you back and either refund you the money or make another item, whichever you choose.
If you are not satisfied, first contact me to let me know and then you can send back the item in a condition you received it, and then I'll refund the money when I get the item.
Payment
Via PayPal you can pay with your PayPal account or, if you don't have PayPal account, you can pay with any credit or debit card with Visa function on PayPal website without having to be a member.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped via registered air mail in padded envelope. Once I receive your payment, I will notify you that your order is shipped and provide you with the tracking number.
If you want me to send your item to a different address than the one you have on Etsy, please let me know.
Approximate delivery times:
- about 10 business days for Europe
- 10-30 business days for US and Canada
- about 4 weeks or more for Oceania
Sometimes packages are held in customs.
Please be aware that during holidays the delivery times may vary.
As far as import customs taxes, each country has their own policies. Please be aware of that when you order something international.
