*All orders will ship according to the date provided on the personalization box, please make sure to include that or send me a message with it if you forgot to put it.
*All orders are mailed, A WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE PROVIDED IN THE NOTES. We will ship it according to the date to ensure they arrive on time, If you have questions regarding your ship date, please contact us.

*Paying for priority doesn't mean that i will send your order in 2-3 days, it will only speed up the transit time once the order is shipped. If you want to place a RUSH order, message me first as rush fees will apply IF there is availability.

*Paper Crafts by Zee is not responsible for any delays while your order is in transit. Once Usps is in possession of your order all we can do is say a little prayer🙏.
