We offer a refund if the item is sent back to us within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. The item must be in the original packaging.
3. To complete your return, we require proof of shipment.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email.

Exempt Goods

1. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
2. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees that may apply in their country.

**Important for U.S. buyers: Starting from September 3, 2025, all customs charges are already included in the shipping cost. You will not have to pay any additional fees or taxes upon receiving your package.

Shipping

The item must be sent to the following address: (Relevant Address).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please pay attention to the production and delivery times of the product. The buyer takes full responsibility for the specified personalization details.

Very rarely, but sometimes, packages can be delayed due to weather conditions, natural disasters, busy seasons, postal strikes, or similar events. Handmade Decoupage cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or postal services.

⚠️ Please note: If the buyer does not collect the package after the post office notice and the package is sent back to the sender, the buyer is responsible for paying the reshipping cost. If the customer decides to return the package instead, they are responsible for the return postage.
