Handmade Hearts, is a business that specializes in handmade craft items made by Liza Smith. These items include greeting cards, quilts and quilted items, crochet and knit items, sewing, painting, and various other crafting projects.
I have been crafting for many years, my items have been given away as gifts, or donated to charities primarily. Although items are still given away to friends, family, and charity I've taken on the new endeavor of selling my items and trying to make a business out of my hobby.

I only accept PayPal and credit card payments. Once payment is received your item will ship as soon as the same day, or next day so cancellation must be done within two hours of payment.
All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service priority mail. Items should be received within 2-3 days, international orders will take longer depending on your local postal services.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final! The only reason a refund will be granted is if the United States Postal Service isn't able to confirm the delivery of the item.
Items that arrive damaged may be returned to be exchanged or repaired. An exchange or repair will be determined by Handmade Heart.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Feel free to contact me about custom orders. I am more than willing to speak with you about the creation of something special. I will keep you updated on the progress of your special piece throughout the creation process through email and photos. For special order pieces a deposit will be asked for before beginning the piece, and the remainder will be due upon completion. Please note that any prices given at initial consultation may change through the process and will be discussed as they arise.
