Accepted payment methods

Please make sure that you complete all stages at checkout to ensure payment, so that your order can be processed.
Please ensure that both your Etsy and PayPal shipping addresses are the same, so that your order can be processed. Please contact me if you need your order shipped elsewhere or if you have any special requests.
Posting days are Monday through Friday. Orders are packaged and sent within 1-2 days of cleared payment. I am in the UK so please remember that time differences apply, depending where in the world you are.
Orders are sent by First Class within the UK and by First Class International Airmail via Royal Mail Worldwide as standard. Shipping prices are set according to weight and size of the package according to Royal Mail.
Should you wish to upgrade your shipping to add tracking, insurance or delivery conformation then please let me know before ordering, as additional costs apply that will need to be added before payment.

Orders within the UK: 2-5 Days
Europe: 1-2 Weeks
Worldwide: 2-3 Weeks
I cannot be held responsible for items that are held up at customs, nor for any custom fees or taxes that you may be charged, sorry.
If you are worried about an order then do please get in touch and i will try my very best to help. Please note that a 4 week time frame has been allocated by Royal Mail before a package can be dealt with.
Refunds and Exchanges
Problems with purchases should be reported within 7 days of arrival.
Custom orders are not eligible for refunds, as these items have been tailor made just for you. Please see below for more information.
In the unlikely event that your order has been lost or stolen in transit you will be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund.
