Handmade by Kerry is a very personal project for me. I create each item with the love and care if it was for my own children or myself. As with anything handmade, every project is individual and varys from piece to piece. Please contact me with any questions.

Returns and exchanges
All sales are final unless the item you received is defective. If this happens please contact me ASAP before leaving a feedback. I will try my best to solve the problem. Thank you for your understanding.

Please send the items back to me in the original packaging via a tractable courier, as I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit in the return back to me.
Payment is required when order is placed. I will not begin your order until full payment is recieved. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of when order is placed or I cannot guarantee a full refund. I begin production of item as soon as payment is received, so any purchases made before cancellation will not be refunded. In stock items will ship within 3 working days of confirmed payment.

This shop NOW takes direct payment through Etsy......I also accept Paypal . You can process credit card payments or e-checks through Paypal also. (You can pay through PayPal without having to sign up for a PayPal account. )

I will combine shipping if you purchase more than one item. Please let me know if you plan to combine shipping. Custom item will vary depending on request. I will contact you with an estimated time upon custom item request. Upon material availability, item should be shipped within 7-10 business days. If item requested requires materials that I have to special order, shipping times will vary and I will keep you updated throughout the process. Flat rate shipping for USA. Please contact me if you require international shipping.

I make every attempt to capture the item photographed as it really looks as possible. Please keep in mind; colors do vary on different monitors

I take feedback very seriously and I believe that all issues can be resolved through communication. So, if you have a problem with your order, please contact me first before leaving a neutral or negative feedback comment. If I'm made some kind of mistake on your order, I'll correct it.

I use the feedback function as the most efficient way of tracking the safe arrival of my sent packages. That's why I don't leave a feedback until I hear from you that your package arrived. You don't have to leave me feedback, but I really appreciate that you let me know via conversation or e-mail that you got your package
