Even if it’s a design or theme that isn’t currently listed in my shop, I may still be able to accommodate your request.

As each custom order is unique, a standard price cannot be applied. Once we have discussed the details of your request, I will provide you with a personalised quote with no obligation to proceed.

Pricing is based on factors such as materials required and the time needed to create the item.

If you’re interested in a custom item, please contact me first to discuss your idea. If it’s something I’m able to create, I will provide a price quote.

If you’re happy to proceed, I will set up a private custom listing that is accessible only to you. You can then place the order at your convenience.

Please ensure you check the size charts included in the photos of each listing before placing your order. Measurements provided are accurate at the time of manufacture.

Please note that cotton items may expand slightly after the first wash. As washing is part of the embroidery process, your item may arrive slightly larger than the measurements shown in the size chart.

Hand washing is highly recommended on all of my items.
Should you wish to wash them in a washing machine, please only use either a quick 30°C wash or a delicate cycle.
Acrylic items need a little stretch when they come out of the wash to loosen up the yarn. Cotton ones will need to be reshaped.
It's best to dry them flat, or over a radiator. Hanging cotton garments on hangers may cause them to pull down and loose their shape.
Do not tumble dry as this may shrink the embroidery and cause puckering.
Do not iron any embroidery or motifs as this may melt the yarn!
These care instructions are found on an information sheet included with every order.

Single items are sent in pretty floral postage bags.
Multiple larger items are sent in a cardboard mailing box.
Both contain tissue paper.

Should you require a gift message, please mark the item as a gift at checkout and look out for the section which allows you to add a message. Once the order is placed, personalised messages cannot be added.

Please note that turnaround times vary by item, so we recommend checking the estimated processing time listed on each product before placing your order.

During quieter periods, turnaround times may be reduced, while busier periods may require slightly longer processing times. We update these estimates whenever possible to reflect our current order volume.

You will be kept up to date of the progress on your order if it has a longer turnaround time (items with many embroidered features such as blankets), to let you know your order has been started, for example.

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether this can be accommodated. Orders placed without prior contact may not arrive within your required timeframe. While we always do our best to complete and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we’re unable to prioritise orders unless arrangements have been made in advance.
