Processing Time

Shipping Policy

♛ Domestic (U.S addresses):
We offer standard shipping via USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days) as well as USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) and USPS Express Mail (1-2 Days).
These transit times are typical but not guaranteed by USPS.

♛ International:
USPS international First Class (7 days and up to 5 weeks). Again, these transit times are typical but not guaranteed by USPS.

+ For lost parcels you must wait 45 days for International and APO/FPO shipments before filing the claim.

+ We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as “delivered” by USPS or items not received due to incorrect shipping address entered.

Return/ Exchange

+ Our items are handmade to order, thus all sales are final.

+ To avoid unnecessary returns/exchange, we recommend that you ensure your item and shipping address are correct when placing an order. We will not be held responsible for incorrect shipping address, order incorrectly selected or orders not properly completed.

+ If a mistake made on your end (such as wrong device, wrong color, etc), or if you would like to exchange to another color, please re-order the item and return the other item back to our office. Please contact us

+ If a mistake is made on our end, or if you are dissatisfied for any reasons, please contact us prior to leaving feedback. We will work hard to ensure that every client is happy with their purchase!

Exchange

+ If a mistake made on your end (such as wrong device, wrong color, etc), or if you would like to exchange to another color, please re-order the item and return the other one back to our office. Please contact us for returning address.

+ Refund will be processed when the item is delivered back in original condition. Addition, shipping and handling fees is not refundable ($5)

Lost Package/ Not receive the item/ Item is damaged

+ We are not responsible for lost packages that have been marked as “delivered” by USPS or items not received due to incorrect shipping address. Please contact your local postal carrier in the event that your item is not deliver. We have no control or any details other than the tracking number once it is mailed.
+ If your item is damaged, please contact us with as many photos as you can.
+ For lost parcels, you must wait 45 days for International shipments before filing the claim
+ In order to get full refund for lost parcels, buyers will need to participate with us to ensure all forms and questions are completed on time by shipping company.
