I LOVED my son's custom train set! I ordered everything, a custom train set with his name, full circuit track, tunnel, stars & a number "2". Everything came out great and I'd definitely order from her again. Very reasonable and easy to work with. Her packaging alone was impressive, and it traveled from California to New York. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thank you !!

The little train topper I ordered was exactly what I expected! The colors matched exactly with the picture I sent for color reference. So adorable! My order shipped and delivered right on time in perfect condition. I would definitely order from this shop again!!!

-I believe that a good business should strive to make their customers happy. With that in mind, I try to "get to know" my customers better, so that I can work with them to get their orders right--the very first time, and forever after! I try my best to make sure items are made to fit the customer, and that they are packed with as much love and care as possible!

If, for any reason, you feel you need to leave a negative review, please let me know, beforehand, what the issue is, so that we can resolve it together. If we can't find a fix, you can leave whatever comment you'd like--good or bad, it would only help me in the future. =)

-I do not ship to P.O. Boxes. I must be given a Paypal verified residential address to ship to. If Paypal tells me an address is unverified, I will contact customer to verify.

-I no longer accommodate customers who have received/given less than 100% positive feedback from/to at least FIVE other sellers/buyers. If you are new to Etsy, and are seriously considering purchasing from me, PLEASE make every effort to contact me before making a purchase--it's as easy as clicking the "Contact the shop owner" links at the bottom of each listing--this will let me know that you are a serious buyer.

Payment by Paypal or credit card ONLY. Once payment is received, the order CANNOT be cancelled (only exception below). In the unlikely event I can't complete your order, I will email and issue you a full refund (including shipping.)

-Customers who have discussed their orders with me through a conversation, or who leave an event date in the "Notes" section of their invoice, will be given priority over orders that do not give a specific date.
-All EDIBLE orders will only be shipped through USPS PRIORITY or EXPRESS, and will be shipped to arrive THE WEEK OF your event, to ensure freshness. When placing your order, please keep this in mind!

-All NON-EDIBLE items will be shipped via USPS First Class (Priority/Express can also be requested).

-ONCE AN ORDER LEAVES MY HANDS, I CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW IT ARRIVES. On my part, I make sure orders are packaged to minimize
movement/damage. Outside of that, I cannot control how the carrier handles the product.

-WARM WEATHER SHIPPING: USPS Express Mail will be mandatory for all orders containing chocolate and chocolate-based items.
Refunds and Exchanges
-EDIBLE items/orders: No refunds issued/returns accepted, regardless of reason. Always be sure to ask any and all questions PRIOR to placing an order.

-NON-EDIBLE items: returns allowed/refunds issued ONLY if item is not as described. No exceptions.

-All edibles are guaranteed baked and decorated no earlier than the day before being shipped.
