The standard shipping during most of the year is first class international shipping - not traced, so I highly recommend using the "UPGRADE SHIPPING" option from the menu, which provides trace number. Lost packages with no trace I would not refund before at least 15 weeks had passed, because packages, send with no trace and priority, do sometimes get delayed and get delivered late.

I'm using first class - not registered, not traced - international postal service - except during the winter holidays season, when I am standardly sending with registered mail.

I'm proud of my work so hope refunds would never be necessary. With priority shipping I obtain "proof of posting" which allows me to trace up missing packages, so please get in touch if you feel your parcel may have been mislaid.

Custom order / private listings / reserved listings

Returned for any reason that is my fault (such as wrong content / missing items, with a protocol, pictures or otherwise proved) are only refunded up to 50% of the content value. That is because these will usually be items I don't normally stock - or in quantities I don't normally stock, items that were made or ordered (for supplies) for the customer's request.

Packages returned as "unclaimed", as well as ones returned because buyer provided incorrect address, will be resend - buyer is responsible for shipping costs - or refunded, minus shipping costs and a a 20% restock fee.
