Formally Hanger3 Token Necklaces. WRKBKS offers custom-designed notebooks to simplify your note-taking.
Original shop description:
Started in 2006, Hanger 3 was the original place to find vintage-inspired subway token necklaces. If you were to search for Subway Token anything, Hanger 3 was the only result that came up for a while. Today, Hanger3 has, directly and indirectly, inspired many to create their own products using tokens. Hanger3 has been featured in Real Simple Magazine, the CBS Early Show, HOW Design Magazine, 1000 Ideas for Creative Reuse, and sold through Fab.com.

5 out of 5 starsI’m glad I saw this product, cause I’ve been thinking of writing notes when I take film photos so I can remember what stop and speed I took the picture. It’s small enough to fit in my camera bag and has the notes I need. Also, shipping came very fast.

That's awesome to hear! Thanks for the feedback! Enjoy.

5 out of 5 starsThis little book is super handy! Even if I don't refer back to it, it definitely makes me shoot with intention, and really think about what I'm doing. I definitely recommend.

That's awesome! Thanks for sharing! Looks like I need to get out and shoot some more. Looks like you've filled up more than my own book. ;)

2 out of 5 starsNot my style which is no fault of the seller.

Sorry to hear. Was there something misleading in the item post that made it think that it was your style?

About WRKBKS
It started with a dream. Literally.
The name Hanger3 came from an actual dream I had. I was walking around a clothing store that was themed like an old WWII Airplane Hangar. That next day, I purchased the domain name Hanger3.com. Hangar + any number was pretty much taken. And also, I forgot the correct spelling of Hangar.
At that time, I didn't have any product to sell, but I started down the path to figuring it out. Originally I wanted to do t-shirts, but everyone was doing them, and to get noticed would have been a chore. Then I'd seen a TV show where the lead character was wearing a small key around his neck and figured that cool, what else could people wear around their neck?
It didn't take me long to stumble onto tokens. I think I came across one the very next day. Soon got my hands on several and began to figure out the best materials to use and how to mount them. My first batch was 20 DC's on a leather necklace. Right off the bat, I sold them all by word of mouth and just a Paypal account.
It took me a month to build the first website. And once I pushed it live, almost in an afternoon it exploded. I had 20 orders in the first few hours. I was soon contacted by Real Simple Magazine and Urban Outfitters. I was shown on Uncrate.com and left as the very top product on the homepage over the weekend (they don't or didn't post new stuff on weekends). So I was flooded with orders, and countless other blogs were now showing my necklaces on their sites.
Hanger3.com's orders were staying strong for a few years. But then sites like this one (Etsy), started to take away my business with many copying or doing their own thing. These past few years I've barely had any sales. But now I'm coming back. Making another push and creating new products.
