Meet the Designer:

Hannah Parks is a metalsmith, traveler, and storyteller who shares her adventures through her jewelry – capturing the people and experiences of her trips in bold, illustrative designs that can be worn and shared for years to come.

Hannah seeks to capture moments of authenticity and share them through her creations. Each piece is an expression of a moment in her life. A dance party on Frenchman Street in New Orleans. A night camping in the Big Thicket of East Texas. Traveling with friends across unknown parts of America in search of inspiration and freedom to be her truest self. Her work is an attempt to capture those treasured moments and eternalize them to share with others. She hopes each piece brings you a small amount of the emotion she felt in the moment that inspired her.

Hannah lives and works at her studio in Fort Worth, TX where she fabricates each design by hand.

At Hannah Parks Design, each original piece is handmade before being sent to a casting company in New York City. This casting team creates strong, flawless rubber molds of the pieces. This same company does reproduction using lost wax casting – an old school method for reproducing jewelry by pouring metal into wax models made from the rubber molds. The metal is all recycled.

There are a few pieces like the 'Lost in the Thicket' ring, 'Parade Around' earrings, 'Golden Smile' earrings and the 'Word Cutout' earrings which are not suitable for casting and so are reproduced by hand in Austin.

Once the pieces are cast and back in Fort Worth, Hannah assembles them, solders the settings, sets stones, and does a final polish. Once ready, they are sent to New Mexico for the final step: gold plating.

Hannah personally knows each company she works with and is dedicated to ensuring all of her partners share her belief in ethical and responsible business practices.

    Owner, Designer, Maker

Living in Fort Worth, TX. Travelling to new places and meeting new faces is my inspiration. I design and handmake illustrative, authentic storytelling in recycled metal forms. Love sustainable and conscious buying.

Production partners

  • Metal Casting Company

    NY, United States

A small family owned casting company in NYC. They create rubber molds of some of the metal pieces I hand fabricate. They do some of the reproductions as well using lost wax casting – an old school method for reproducing jewelry by pouring metal into wax models made from the rubber molds.

  • Metal Plating Company

    Albuquerque, NM

This is a metal finishing company based out of Albuquerque, NM. A lot of the pieces are made out of bronze which are sent off to this company and gold plated with a high micron of finishing. Their work is great quality, long lasting and protects the metal pieces from oxidizing over time.

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders

I do not offer any custom orders yet. The only options for personalizing is choosing silver or gold for some specific jewelry pieces. Not all pieces come with this option but a few do.

Sizing details

Regaurding rings: please double check that you are ordering the right size to avoid having to go through the process of exhanging. If you find out that it is the wrong size and I have another size with that same style, I will gladly accept an exchange for the correct size.

Care instructions

Protect the plating of your jewelry by removing it when washing your hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning and before applying any kind of personal body product. Maintain your jewelry’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair & cleaning products, etc. Always keep the jewelry in cotton bag when not in use to prevent damage.

If within one year of the original purchase date a jewelry piece fails during normal use because of a defect in material or workmanship, I will repair with like quality materials at no cost. If a piece is damaged after the first year, I can repair but will charge additional cost for materials and labor of that repair.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Every jewelry piece comes in a small cotton bag with instructions on how to care for it. All pieces are shipped in small usps flat rate boxes and wrapped tightly with paper to prevent damage.
