About

About Hannah Rosner - Good River Gallery

I am a seed bead and lampwork artist and feel lucky to be able to do my art full time. I am a Starman Beads Trendsetter and have taken part in three Battle of The Beadsmith Challenges.

I was a semifinalist in the lampwork category for Bead Dreams 2009 and won second place for my bead embroidered collarpiece in the Treasures of Toho 2009 Contest. The Treasures of Toho necklace can be seen in the February 2010 issue of Bead & Button. In 2010 Marsha Hines showed a collaborative piece in the ISGB show. In 2011 my Neptune's Tail Necklace won third place in the Bead and Jewelry category at the Vegas Glass Craft Expo. In 2012, my beaded sculpture won first place in the advanced division at the Treasures of Toho Contest.

Member of the EBW Etsy Beadweavers Team. Search EBW to see some of the amazing creations my team has done!

I have been lampworking since 1992 and beadweaving since 1986. I have had the opportunity to meet and learn from some of the best beadmakers and flameworkers in the US. I began teaching both lampworking and beadweaving in 2000 and have taught at bead stores and bead societies across the US.

Currently, I am scheduling classes for 2016 & 2017. If you are a society, store, or shop interested in having me as a visiting teacher/instructor, please email me to schedule a class in your area! I look forward to hearing from you.

As always, I strive to provide the best in my handmade items, selection and variety, shopping experience, and easy and convenient shipping and delivery.

Welcome to the Good River Gallery family!

Payment
Payment is expected within 10 days of placing your order. I accept Paypal, check or money order. Now available on Paypal - financing for qualified customers on items over $99. Take up to 6 months to pay via Bill Me Later.

If you are paying by money order or check, please let me know when you place your order, just so I know.

I wait until the check clears before I ship items. With my little bank, this can take UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS (that's nearly two weeks) after I recieve and deposit your check. Therefore, you need to give up to a month to recieve items paid via money order or check.

Please note that I do reserve the right to refuse sales. I will always refund all payments before I do this. If you have paid via credit card then it sometimes takes a day or two for it to clear your credit card. This is YOUR credit card's policy, but you will receive notice from Paypal telling you it in in process.

If you have purchased a tutorial, many are now available as an instant download. For the ones that aren't, please give me 48 hours to email it to you. I do sometimes step away from my computer to teach and sometimes even take a day off.

Tutorials are for your own personal use only. I DO NOT GIVE PERMISSION TO TEACH MY TUTORIALS. Please ask if you would like to sell the finished product. I generally do give permission, but ask that you put a note that the piece is stitched by you but designed by me.
Shipping
I ship via USPS with delivery confirmation. Please consider adding shipping insurance to your order.

If you have purchased a tutorial and it is not yet available via instant download, please give me 24 hours to email it to you. I do sometimes step away from my computer to teach and sometimes even take a day off.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items are as well described as possible within the listings. I want you to be happy with your product. However, mistakes sometimes happen. If I have somehow incorrectly described my products, I will give a refund or exchange. Refunds or exchanges are accepted when shipped back within 10 days in the original box and in original condition.

If you've changed your mind on the item, I will still accept it back, but will not refund shipping.

If you paid insurance on items and they arrive broken, then I will refund shipping costs as well as replacing or refunding your order. You need to ship the broken item back to me, however, BEFORE I do that. Otherwise please remember that many of my items are glass. Even with the best packing, something glass can be broken in transit.
Additional policies and FAQs
Contact me for custom orders. Custom orders will take approximately three months.

I now offer layaway plans on items over $75, or can opt for the brand new Bill Me Later that is offered via Paypal for qualified purchasing customers on items over $99. Please convo me if you are interested in a piece and we will work out the details.
