HannahsCeramics' Shop Policies
Welcome and thanks for taking the time to look over my shop's policies. Its important to me that you feel as excited and fulfilled by what I make as I do. My goal is to provide you with high quality objects meant to heighten and enrich the routines and rituals of daily life.
I am currently a bit of a nomad, so as of this time PayPal is my preferred form of payment. If you should have any trouble completing your payment through PayPal please contact me at (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we can make other arrangements for your payment.
Work will be shipped within five business days, or less. All items will be securely packed to limit damage during shipping. Ground shipping will be used for all items purchase.
*Shipping costs are estimates. Shipping costs on this site include costs for packaging and materials. Actual cost of shipping on package may vary from posted shipping cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
My aim is for you to be pleased with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied please convo me or email me at (email@example.com) within five business days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for safe return of work and return shipping costs. I will replace or refund items that have been damaged during shipping. If an item is damaged during shipping I must be informed with two days of its arrival.
