Back to dressing dolls again

I have been sewing all my life. My mother taught me to sew and I attended classes when available to advance my skills. My first project was making doll clothes for my Tammy and Barbie dolls. When I outgrew dolls, I began working on adult size clothing, and have spent many years creating wedding gowns, special occasion dresses, skating competition dresses and doing alterations.
When my granddaughter received her first American Girl doll, I was excited to start a wardrobe for her. So her I am, years later, designing and making doll clothes again.
I work out of my home, utilizing some patterns from other designers, but also create my own designs. I go to mall stores and shop online for the most current trends for children and teens to try to create doll clothing that children would want to wear themselves. I do all the work myself, so please be patient and allow a little more time for custom orders.
I believe that I have a God given talent that I want to share with others. I believe that my love for sewing and my experienced craftsmanship is evident in the designs I have created and I thank you for browsing and shopping in my store.

I opened my Etsy shop in 2014. Some of my items are original designs I created and others are made from patterns by other great designers on Etsy. I try to give credit to these designers in my item description by mentioning their name. That way we are all helping each other in this community. My items are made from quality fabrics and notions. If I am using upcycled fabric, I will mention that in the description. Great attention is given to fit and details on my items, including trims, stitching and pressing. Please note that my 18" doll size clothes are made to fit the modern AG doll and will usually fit other soft bodied dolls. However, please check with me if you are buying for the older AG doll as they are a little bigger and some fitted items may be too tight for her waist or chest. Each item is made by me with great love in my smoke free home. The color of the fabric of items photographed may not be totally true to their actual shade. Different exterior and interior lighting can change the color of the item slightly. I try to describe the color as best as I can and adjust when I edit them.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you MUST notify me within 7 days of receiving your order with the reason for the return. I will refund the purchase price plus original shipping charges if the item is defective and returned to me in its original condition. You will have 3 weeks to return the item after notifying me. Return shipping charges are your responsibility.
Payment
I accept PayPal, ,all major credit cards and Etsy gift cards. Items will ship as soon as payment confirmation is received.
Shipping
All orders are carefully wrapped in tissue and sent USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. I will ship 1-3 business days after payment is received. Taxes, additional fees and international custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Additional policies and FAQs
I accept custom orders, but reserve the right to decline if I cannot duplicate a design or find the requested fabric. Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks to finish, so please convo me with your requests and I will respond in a timely manner. Custom orders must be paid in full at time order is made. I will then notify you when it is ready to ship and send a photo of it.
