This has been the worst experience of my entire year long wedding planning. I ordered on 12/06/13 (I had been communicating with someone for months that told me to hold off hold off. (They never mentioned the company was going out of business). These were my dream dresses so I was forced to order immediately by 12/06/13, for babies!! I did, got the expect 4 weeks including delivery. Awesome. Six weeks go by, no dresses. I asked for an estimate, was told "I'm working in it. I don't know why it says 4 weeks" That rudely, no estimate. The end. Another week goes by, nothing. I emailed, got no response. The dresses shipped the next day, from 3 hours away from my home. Here it is four days later, no dresses. I paid for dresess 7 weeks ago, still have to find matching shoes. Am getting married in 3 weeks!!!

This buyer was informed that our store was going out of business when she ordered the dresses, we hesitated taking the order but she really wanted the dresses. Our make time is based on business days and does not include weekends or holidays in which there were many of those during this time. We also state that the make time is an estimate and to always ask us, every time a convo was sent it was replied to very promptly. This was the last order we took prior to our business closing and their were many dress orders in front of this customers. In the 7 years of our store being open we have never rcvd any negative feedback. We could of refused the order but since the bride was really wanting the dresses we worked to get these done for her.

Unexpected Opportunities

When our daughter Hannah was born she changed our lifes, I became a stay at home mom after years of having a career. I had always been creative since my childhood years and as Hannah approached that 1 year mark I learned of tutus, her beautiful pictures brought me my first customers who then passed on my information soon I was shipping tutus all over the United States just through word of mouth.

In the last seven years Hannahs Tutus has emerged from a small 1-2 tutus a week by word of mouth to making several hundred tutus every month. As a mom on a budget I have always kept cost in mind when offering my products in the etsy store and on our website www.hannahstutus.com

Years ago I would of never envisioned my life today, I thank God every day for the wonderful family I have which over the past seven years has expanded to not only Hannah but two little boys too and having the wonderful opportunity to stay home and have a wonderful business. I love working with every customer and ensuring that your little girl has a beautiful tutu for her birthday or Halloween event.

All of our tutus are professionally photographed because of that ribbon bows or ribbon ties and embellishments may vary slightly from what is shown in the pictures depending on what we currently have in stock or is available from our suppliers.

When you commit to a sale on Etsy they will automatically send a receipt of the transaction to your email. This is JUST A RECIEPT OF THE COMITTMENT TO BUY AND NOT A RECIEPT OF PAYMENT. Please be sure to check out completely through the PayPal payment prompts to ensure that payment is made on your purchase.

We accept PayPal and direct etsy checkout for payments, when using PayPal you can pay using a bank/credit card or echeck. If you select to pay via echeck your payment has a 5-7 Business Day clearing time, please note that no work will be done until this payment clears.

CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER purchases must be paid for within 48 hours of committing to the purchase. We send a note on all unpaid items on the 1st day if by the 2nd day there is no response or payment the transaction will be cancelled. Delays in payment also delay your order being placed on our “make log”. Orders are placed on the log in order of cleared payment so your make time starts from that point. Please always check our make time on our storefront page to ensure your purchase will arrive prior to your need by date.

We require IMMEDIATE payment on all READY2SHIP items, these items are made in the sizing stated in the description and are available for those customers in a rush therefore we can not hold any of these items. If you fail to make IMMEDIATE payment on these items we will cancel the transaction and send you a note. You are welcome to repurchase the item once its placed back in our Etsy store should it be available.
Shipping
When your order is ready and shipping, a note in the conversation area will be sent informing you that your order is on the way and provide you with postal tracking information, always be sure to double check that your ETSY ship to address is accurate when completing your transaction we ship directly to the ETSY ship to address.

All work unless stated is custom made when you purchase the item(s) will be made within our current turnaround times stated in the store front. Once your item has shipped please allow time for delivery. We ship most of our items via USPS priority mail service for US locations, exception is orders with 3 or more items (tutus) these may ship parcel due to the package sizing. All intl purchases ship PRIORITY MAIL.

I can not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged on route if insurance is not purchased I highly recommend purchasing insurance.

If an item is returned due to wrong address stated in your ETSY PURCHASE, I will send you an invoice for the shipping amount to re-ship the item please be sure to have an accurate address in ETSY PURCHASE to avoid delays in shipments or addtl charges.

Refunds and Exchanges
All Items in our store are custom made when you purchase (unless stated as ready to ship).

If you change your mind on a design already purchased and we have not made your product then we will be more than willing to process a change, if we have made your custom order then no refunds or exchanges can be processed due to that item being made specifically for you.

TUTU SIZING
Most of our tutus are made custom to order, when ordering we recommend that you measure around the waist and then waist to length desired for best fit. You can then select the sizing range for those measurements. You may always provide exact measurements if you like in the notes area.

PLEASE NOTE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ORDERING THE WAIST OF YOUR TUTU 1/4 - 1/2 INCH SMALLER THAN YOUR LITTLE ONE'S ACTUAL WAIST SIZE THE TUTUS STRETCH WITH GROWTH AND ITS BEST TO HAVE TO STRETCH THEM THAN TO HAVE ONE THATS A TAD TO BIG AND WILL FALL DOWN.

Each tutu has several sizes you can choose from and a suggested age range they may fit, that age range is simply suggested and may not work for your little one. Its always best to measure first. All of the tutus have elastic waist bands and so they will stretch several inches to allow for growth.

How do I measure my little one?

Simply measure all the way around her waistline (in the belly area) then from waist to length you desire the tutu to be. We offer several options for lengths for you to select from. It is best to order by an exact waist measurement rather than add an inch since our waist bands will stretch adding additional room to the measurements may cause the tutu to initially be too large in the waist.

Hannah’s Tutus reserves the right to cancel ANY order in cases of inaccurate information, out of stock of supplies, inability to meet a deadline and other reasons not stated, if a order is cancelled you will be notified within 1 bus day and a refund processed on your payment.

When you purchase one of Hannah's Tutus you the customer are buying and using the tutu at your (customers) own risk. Hannah's Tutus can contain small parts which could be a choking hazzard for small children, children should be supervised when using Hannah's Tutus. Hannah's Tutus can not be responsible for any harm or misuse of our tutus once purchased.
